In this video we are going to learn how to remove syswin virus that corrupts exe files converting them to 0kb.
If you try to launch any application in your computer and you get response that This app can't run run on your pc, this might be zero byte virus corrupted your application.
How to remove 0 byte virus from computer | 0 exe kb fix
The following Are The Steps To Remove 0 kb ( zero bytes virus )
1. Open task manager
2. Click processes tab, crow down and find process named as syswin.
3. Right click and choose option named disable process.
4. Then after right click it again and choose option named, open file location.
5. Inside file location you will see file names syswin, right click and delete syswin file.
Congratulation you have successfully terminated and removed 0 bytes virus.
NOTE : Remember that if you just end the process of disable the process, 0 bytes will stop to function and will no longer affect your computer, but if you reboot your computer, it will be loaded back in computer RAM because it is originally stored in the startup program, which are the program start to run when computer booting.

Guys, If you can't see syswin process, find winsvcs process then all procedures to terminate it are the same as terminating syswin

I have neither the syswin nor the winsvcs process running yet exe. files are being converted to 0 byte even after full new installation. what else could it be ??

@@MotechApp Thanks for the reply. I did already scan twice with no result. Funny enough it seemed to be the virus software (Avira) causing this. Althought I can´t explain why. But everytime I installed that, the problems began. I left it out in the recent install I made and have no issues for 4 days now.

I purchased an SD card for my son's video game for approximately $150. However, to my dismay, when I inserted the SD card, it showed 0 bytes of available storage. My son was extremely upset upon seeing this, and I was equally concerned about the significant amount of money I had spent on it.
This does not relate to virus, it seems there was some problem with SD from the manufacturer. Am very sorry, it very painfully for $150.

oooh very sorry, it is possible that syswin / winsvcs are no longer in your computer. To test if syswin / winsvcs is no longer in your computer, download any application(.exe file). Wait for 5 minutes, if it do not turn to zero kb then know that syswin / winsvcs are not present.

I have the virus but I can’t find the syswin folder any help?
Have you tried to scan your computer with any Antivirus or Windows defender ?
But icant understands why the hell it appears again in few day I think this problem is only in my PC do you have solution for that ? pls
Possible you shared devices like USB and Removable Hard Disk. Actually, they may contain malicious excutable files which in turn harm your computer. What's more important is that after successfully removing zero kb virus this time. Make sure you install 360 Antivirus or Avast, if possible both of them. Thank you a lot, but sorry for late reply. Ooops, very sorry. Go to the control panel. Uninstall them and find new set up. There is no way to recover program demaged by 0 Kb virus.
How to check if my computer is infected with 0kb virus
Download .exe application setup from online. Store it on Desktop, after few minutues check it out, if it is turned to 0 Kb then know therer is zeo kb virus in your computer. Alternative to that, find syswin process from task manager, if found there is zeo kb virus and vice versa is true.

and still zero kb is affecting executable programs ? if it is true you have zero kb in your computer, you must see process named syswin, so observe clear all running processes of your computer. if you fail ask me again ?

If it is not present means that we don't have 0 kb virus. Because zero kb process is called syswin. On the cloumn of processes. If not present possible any of antivirus installed in your computer terminated it.

What do I do about an entire folder filled with data becoming 0 kb?
If they are setup(excutable application with .exe) better download them again. Recovering of zero bytes files is very hard and not efficient.
