I’m trying this build currently but I’m not understanding am I supposed to be using massacre at all? Or when do I use it? It reduce a lot of health when I use it
I think the firearm crit doesnt apply to this. When you activate massacre it uses skill crit instead of the weapon crit rate. Just now I tested with 80% crit rate piercing light and it doesnt crit as the normal weapon, which means this build is as bad as super senses mod.
@@vimukthimendis4708 this is just wrong demonic mod scales of ur firearm crit i wouldnt be getting consistent crits otherwise with a 5% you can even see it in the sats while u hold the uniqe weapon skill crit and firearm crit both apply cuZ they are different instances of damage
Demonic Modification creates base stats for itself and then applies the mods of the weapon you are holding to it's base stats. It doesn't use skill crit chance.
@thorinhannahs4614 I'm wasn't taking about skill crit as Gley shouldn't build that way. I mentioned weapon crit rate as it should apply as massacre should use weapons crit rate. Its trash design the fact they removed this
That's the weird thing. I've been playing Pred Instinct with EL on Gley and it's been awesome. The extra 6% on Predator on EL is very evident cuz of the high damage output on EL. The base + the element is all affected. Though I do like the Demonic Modification hybrid but I find it hard to find a use in a real setting. Right now, I'm currently using the Sniper to make Weak Points able to grapple, but perhaps with DM, 1 shot or 2 (if it crits) might make it fully able to grapple on Gluttony. So I gotta give that a shot coming Tuesday when the catalyst patch comes in. But then again, you need to gather her Custom Resource manually, which means you need to scout around for it. Quite a hassle in Colossi tbh. Not to mention, Doperminergic is once every 10s so basically your first shot which again, is very limiting.
You usually have a tight window to deal damge to the boss freely and not getting hit or aggro. Mental focus can't do much damage due to a lot less fire rate compared to Sharp Precision Shot.
Not stuck, but changed to 20% then applies mods over it. However, with low crit rate (30% tops) vs bosses with crit resistance (around 28%) and 30M HP in solo, this is not even feasible. I tried to make it work but to no avail, even Hailey on Gluttony is better than this build.
With afterglow its like 💯 crit all the time and the damage difference isnt that far. But overall i think afterglow still do more damage since the crit is constant specially with the crit mod
Her 4 cannot trigger unique abilities of Ultimate Weapons. It only copies stats and mods. This makes Afterglow not so great if using it with Massacre. As it needs its ability to be on par or even surpass Piercing Light. Piercing Light also has the benefit, when needed, to shoot outside of Massacre when you need to 100% guarantee to remove a buff off a boss. Stick with Piercing Light in this build, at least.

You mainly want to use it as a finisher if you have a duty and sacrifice yujin tho you can keep draining ur hp infinitely

What is? I saw players leterally melt the molten fortress in a few seconds with gley and a normal bunny giving her a buff i can't understand
