Its probably just survivorship bias because the games worthy of being posted on youtube will obviously have a bot lobby or they wouldn't get such high kills. If you watch the full stream though I'm sure you'll find that they have games with sweaty lobbied that they don't do as well in but we just don't see those games on youtube.

The truth is, they play the same ghosted lobbies like us, it's just after a long while, they get an easy lobby. You don't see those ghosted lobbies being posted because they're not super cracked games.
