    Practicing at home. After 5 months my "seiza" position (sitting on my knee) finally made it. Moving around as in this video from this position is a bit of a challenge but you are making it clear and easy. Ready for the next step. I'm glad I came across your videos. Thank you.

    hmmm I am not sure how you are kneel crawling in the beginning forgive me if I dont know the name for that.
