Aishwarya Lekshmi is an India actor who has worked in mostly all South Indian languages and is hugely popular in the south. In a short span of time she has worked with many top Directors and Superstars. She started with Njandukalude Naatil Idavela and was noticed for her work in Mayanadhi. Her movies, Kaane Kaane, Vijay Superum pounamiyum were huge hits. Now she has starred in the Mani Ratnam movie as the character Poonguzhali in Ponniyin selvan1 and has earned rave reviews. She has also turned producer and co produced Gargi and the movie Kumari. Kumari the latest release in Malayalam.

One thing I must say, I have heard from people who closely know Aishu that she always wanted and tried everything she could do to reach wherever she is right now, and as she has said in many interviews, her family was not very supportive too. So she deserves everything best, for her hardwork, guts & dedication to pave her own path and feels happy to see her bask in her glory & success. And she has definitely become a good actress. Loved Ammu. ❤️ Can't wait to see Kumari.
She is such a selfless person. Rarely have I heard an actor praising co actors so much. Hope all this positivity transpires into something really beautiful in her life..
And to Dhanya, ur interviews are so peaceful.. nothing toxic and at times u bring out so many life lessons from the guests which can be looked upon.
She is very clear about what she is saying. A promising actress too.
It will be good if you interview actresses like Nimisha, grace antony who are breaking the stereotypes of how a actress should look like.
The people that you interview look similar.
We need to see some women of colour
In movies we rarely see a black skin girl in a leading role.

My god what a WONDERFUL interviewer !!! She has all the right questions ..Always!!! She can keep hold of our attention as well as her interviewee 's. Unlike most interviewers these days asking childish cliché irrelevant questions, her interviews have never had any such questions. I have always respected her as a person ! I am sure Aishwarya Lekshmi have had also felt the same kind of positive energy post interview that i am feeling post listening to them talk !

Now that I think of it, Dhanya Varma is among the best person to do a Mollywood roundtable. We need Actor Roundtable, Actress Roundtable, Writer Roundtable, Director Roundtable, Producers Roundtable, and maybe a crew roundtable that can bring together some of the editors, cameramen, musician etc. But I guess only Cue is probably ou there who can get something like that to happen.
