what i can infer from this video is that the "visitor" is some kind of entity that goes from door to door, knocking on each one, trying to get in. if the house owner does answer it will manifest as a corrupted version of who answered, and in this case, Spongebob. it also will take the skin of the victim to blend in till it goes to the next house. this is just a theory tho.
