what was valdor's speech again?
Here's A Fun question /What if Scenario what if one of the Emperor sons like guilliman woke up earlier and founded and Ruled the tau empire
What would be the Imperium reaction finding out one of the emperor's sons is not only alive but control an alien Empire
I'll be honest, I didn't realise that the newly released character was a Custodian, I though he was a Wolf Lord or something to do with the Space Wolves 😅
Have you considered doing videos on the Gloriana and Abyss class battleships, or the Emperor's Flagship, and the Phalanx?
where dog?
I love how this video essentially boils down to “if Magnus did nothing wrong”
Yeah and for real.
@@naryprum4981just like life one simple mistakes it takes fug everything up
I mean, that basically was what his potential was. His psychic might potential put him in a class of his own amongst his brothers had he reached true potential and not been shattered.
This video is basically a ''Shut the fuck up dumbass" to all those thinking Magnus did nothing wrong. Any other Primarch could have fallen to Chaos and it wouldn't have been as bad as him joining Horus. Even should Sanguinius and the Lion decide to bail on the Imperium, with Magnus by His side, the Big E still would have won.
I feel like “if Magnus did nothing right” would also work as a parallel to the joke of Magnus doing nothing, wrongly
This is like if perturabo wasn't on Horus's side
Pertys back truly must have ached for the last 10,000 years
Accurate
Having neither Magnus nor Perturabo would be the ultimate way to cripple the Heresy, it seems.
If only the grumpy primearch was given a bit of love, then the galaxy would be less fucked

A cool thing would be a drama around Magnus unexpectingly struggling on the Golden Throne (sabotage or warp-fuckery). Following a side-quest, Ahriman would attempt a ritual (subtely inspired by Tzeentch) to save his father, causing a mini-civil war on Terra.
Basically, a rubric-like storyline, but with even more dire implications.
Let him have his wine garden he deserves it
Horus: you are outnumbered father.
Big E proceeds to wipe out 95℅ of the traitor space marines with his power: You were saying?
The Emperor's Haki
It'd be funnier if the Emperor psychically purified all of the Chaos marines so most of them realize what they have become and either switch sides or get mind broken by guilt and either suicide-charge the remaining Traitors or let themselves die by the Loyalists or by flying into a sun or something.

@@silent_stalker3687 Death Guard: Shower
remembering how he mentally violated 200k world bearers without much effort i think it's completely feasible he could explode the brain of all traitors forces and forcing the rebelling primarchs to fight alone
What if Horus fought the heresy without the warp and all of its shenanigans. A non chaos aligned traitor forces. What a "conventional" cival war looks like?
So that means no layer blade shinanegans so fulgrim wont be a down spiral (a buff i guess to the team), angron would be weaker i guess (no daemon primarch transformation) The death guard would definitely get weaker without the nurgle tanky nature buff, magnus would be fcked as there are no teez to save them, word bearers would sucks (fck erebus) cus there are no daemons to help them. Perty would need to carry them even harder, horus would be beaten by sangui, alpha legion is still an alpha legion
@@fqck1999since it was chaos that caused magnus to get screwed over, I don’t think he would be sentenced to death or crippled by Lemun Russ
@@fqck1999
Angron would have died, as by the time him and lorgar got to ultramar it was clear his mental deterioration was almost about to kill him so without ascension he never would have made it to tera.
Magnus wouldn't have gone traitor, as without tzeench magnus did not have the power to break into the web way to cause the tear, and therefore rus would not have been sent to take him in and magnus would not be split apart therefore remaining loyal. Tbh that alone would have prevented 40k entirely as the emp only had to sit on the throne becuase of the tear, and the loyalist only lost so much ground bc the emp and the custodies had to hold back the demons in the webway. If there was no war in the webway the custodies would be at full strength; the emp could personally lead; and the loyalist forces would have been much more consolidated as the emp could most likely pierce the ruin storm and contact the lion, gman, sang and the khan.
Great topic!
@@watchonjar The Khan most likely would have sided with Horus - the biggest reason the Khan sided with the Emperor was that Horus turned to Chaos. Hell, the White Scars were so sure that they would join Horus they began to plan to join him BEFORE the Khan gave the orders, and the Loyalists weren't sure where the Khan's loyalties lay until he showed up at Terra.
I honestly think that if the big E took to the field earlier a lot of the fallen primarchs and marines would’ve repented in his presence and either been executed or turned loyal again.
Let's see.
-Angron would remain traitor.
- Fulgrim was possessed by a daemon so he would be done as well. Perhaps the Emperor could have banished the daemon somehow and save Fulgrim?
- Magnus' soul was fractured. Without his noble shard, it would be absolutely impossible for him to repent.
- Konrad is just crazy. No way he would repent or even surrender. He might have just decided to bail on Horus though, try his luck on a corner of the galaxy that hopefully the Big E wouldn't reach for a long time.
- Alpharius was dead certain the Heresy was what the Big E wanted so no way he would turn back now.
- Lorgar was a zealot in a crusade of his own to purge the Emperor from the galaxy, so... yeah.
- Perturabo might have surrendered, being the only one with a shred of sanity amongst the traitors. Or, more likely, he would have either bailed on Horus as well, not willing to lay down his life, or chosen to go down with his legion in a glorious, terrible, awe-inspiring final stand.
- Mortarion is the only one I have some doubt as to his repentance. Depends a lot on if the Emperor's forces get to him before he's completely corrupted by Nurgle. Otherwise he's done as well.
tl;dr : I think none of the traitors would have chosen surrender or repentance. They were either too far gone already or too set on their path of destruction.
@@praiza1481 Didnt Fulgrim exorcise the daemon himself, quite quickly actually, most of it was just him.
@@jackvearncombe9892 No, he's still possessed all the way till Istvaan V. He was under the influence of the blade when he killed Ferrus Manus. Only then did the daemon rescind for a moment, and then Fulgrim regretted everything. His anguish was so strong that he gave up his body to the daemon, believing he would disappear by doing so.
@@praiza1481just read ‘through a mirror shattered’ part of ‘The Primarchs’ anthology.
If you’ve heard major talk about when the 3rd legion did ‘cock and ball torture’ to try and save Fulgrim from possession, that’s the book he’s referring to.
Spoilers:
After torturing Fulgrim by many means to try and exorcise him of the demon eventually Fabius Bile, Lucius and the First Captain of the 3rd legion determine Fulgrim was not actually possessed by the demon. I think it’s supposed to be a kind of reader choose how you interpret it thing, but it basically ends up the same way regardless. He felt bad after he killed Ferrus, only reason he killed him is because the Keeper of Secrets trapped in the Layer blade ‘made’ him do it. He surrendered to the Keeper and turns his body over to its control. Immediately regrets turning his body over.
In broken mirror if you follow the opinion of Lucius and what Fulgrim says, Fulgrim was able to - by will and intellect - reverse the situation with the demon, trap it in the mind prison the demon created and gain more power from it while being Fulgrim again. Fulgrim basically says he just sided with the traitors because he was dedicated to the path of Slaneesh (excess and decadence) so he was able to cope with his guilt over Ferrus over time by saying it’s just another step on the path.
The point of contention is is he really in control of himself, with the demon in his mind talking to him like the layer blade did before (the blade never spoke to Lucius so it was with Fulgrim one way or another)? Or was he controlled by the demon the whole time?
Either way it doesn’t REALLY matter bc he did the angel exterminatus, but it would be an interesting difference if he CHOSE to do it himself rather than the demon just doing it to get a more warp infused body. I think it makes sense at least in comparison to Magus and Mortarion bc when they fell to chaos they were formed into demon Primarchs, Fulgrim still had his regular physical body until he did an even greater (more excessive) betrayal against Perturabo for no other reason than to do it.
@praiza1481 I feel like Emps would talk things out with Perty, and how him destroying his planet wasn't that bad.

"Anyone vs Kurze" caught me off guard 😂
Kurze vs Kurze 😂
Bro cooked way too hard on that valdor vs Alpharius fight Man must've had a lot of fun writing that hell this whole video deserved a whole michelin star
Horus didn't know about the Webway project, he just wanted Russ to kill what he suspected was a very loyal Magnus. Magnus destroying everything was the happiest accident to benefit the traitors. Otherwise, the whole thing is a wrap once daddy gets out of his chair.
frankly it might be that, other than tzeetch, none of the other chaos gods even knew about the webway project. it was kept heavily secret for that reason especially so this totally checks out.
Day 24: What if Omegon returned to the setting. What would happen?, how would Guilliman and The Lion react?. Would be a pretty cool video idea
Since we can't be 100% sure which of the twins really fell in Pluto station, nor which one really was more traitorous and which more loyal it could go multiple ways.
That being said, my reading is that it was Omegon who fell to Dorn and Alpharius is the loyal one who faked his death by the hands of Guilliman. I would theorize that his return would most likely begin with activation of the Alpha legionnaires under the Imperial palace in Terra with the word "Xenophon".
That would activate the Alpha as loyal to the Imperium and most likely would start a shadow crusade against Harrowmaster who has denied the twins agenda and legacy, trying to bring down the Imperium.
Alpharius would likely start to bring the loyal Alpha chapters under his banner and not reveal himself to his now active brothers before proving his loyalty to the throne.
It could also be a possibility that Cypher actually is the remaining twin, considering how Alpha Legion was supposed to be sort of contingency plan for the Imperium. After all Cypher knows the palace underground and has been stopped by Custodes while trying to enter the throne room with the sentence of "It's not the time yet" all while carrying the sword he's quite famous for. We do not know what the contingency plan is nor we know what is Cypher's agenda, but considering the ever growing sentiment of Emperor's possible ascension to the Godhood, it would make logical sense that being the contingency. Slay the Emperor's mortal form, so he can be elevated to Godhood after ten millenia of worship and bring upon the new era of Mankind.
Of course all of that is just a web of vague possibilities born from theorizing several aspects, but hey, who knows. After all it is Alpha and nothing is simple what it comes to them.
"What If?" Idea
How would the Unification of Terra and Great Crusade have gone with the various Perpetuals together, but no Emperor?
Of if they had just stuck with the Emperor instead of being disillusioned by him?
Honestly both of these ideas are pretty good and would make good videos if made separately. One where the perpetuals never leav the Emperor and one where grug the shaman 40 thousand years ago pusied out at the last mila second and never commited ritual suicide.
Leaving the rest of the shamans who decided to shoot there shot and hope for the best get consumed by demons. Meaning no Emperor and leaving the Perpetuals who United under him to feguir things out themselves.
Case in point I bet there would be lots of fighting as they all set up there own Empires, tons of back stabbing and tones of petty squabble as they all try to devide there world amongs themself and focus on themselves.
@@CopeSeethorntin I like this allot, comment this separately lol
@@CopeSeethorntin Wouldn't just one or a few of the Shamans not participating just result in a slightly-to-somewhat-less-powerful version of the Emperor? They just needed enough shamans in on the whole thing to make sure their collective psychic power prevents them from being consumed by the Warp, and in all likelihood as many as were able would have been there to account for possible complications.
I honestly don’t think they became “disillusioned” with him I feel they all betrayed big E out of spite and Jealousy I mean seriously all the perpetuals are written like spoilt brats with the exception of Big E,Vulkan,Maclador and Pious.
Just look at Erda she is effectively to blame for the traitor Primarchs, sure big E didn’t help to make things any better but she was the one who made the crazy train leave the station, without her the mentally deranged and unstable abominations such as the likes of Angron, mortarion, Kurze etc would never have happened.
And don’t even get me started on John unbearably written Grammaticus
@@michaelkean5969 Yeah your kinda right i dont completely think the Emperor wasn't completely at fault. Even though I respect the dude especially after he decided to take one for humanity and sit on the golden throne and outright denying god like powers for humanity.
I do think BigE was a a egomaniac who shot himself in the foot because he wasn't willing to listen to anybody but himself which obviously led to his downfall yeah BigE is a crappy father and somewhat a crappy leaders whos "listen to me because im right or else" screwd him over. Though his 1000 times way better than the perpetuals he was far from humble.
One of the pit falls of being to old to care I gues.
I just feel like I need to call out people like Fo one of BigEs DAOT homies, and the other perpetuals hypocrisy a Fo went out of his way to create monster's purely for the shits and giggles because at least BigEs monster's though objectively worse they saw themselves as something more than that and held there own ideals because at least BigE didn't take pleasure in just full sail slaughtering people and genuinely wanted to build a future where mankind didn't have to rely on said Gene rought monster's to survive and was genuinely banking on the idea Mankind would be better of in the future.
It doesn't mean FO wasn't some what wrong as he was genuinely spitting straight facts about the Emperor, nobody denying that fact, but what does Fo do with his monster's? I mean the only reason why the imperium went after him was because the guy was busy sending fleets to kidnap cities worth of people just so he could turn them in to living flash walls for his basement.
And that's my issue with the Perpetuals as all they do is complain and call out BigE well they either do the same exact things his done or do absolutely nothing to fix the cluster fuck that is the galaxy and complain with BigE being the only guy *at least* doing something well everybody is just standing around like a bunch of NPCs not at least attempting to fix the sinking ship.
If anything there just a bunch of half blind back seat drivers. But whenever you start asking them what is there plan they all just shut up and Tut of somewhere. Ollie practically did fuckall for most of human history, Erda threw the primachs in to the feet of the Chaos gods indirectly causing the Horus heresy and Fo is out here kidnapping planetary populations for no other purpose other than he just likes mutilating people.
I don't think Fo was completely wrong at all but when you start leveling him down to the other perpetuals you begin to question if they even have the basis to call out the Emperor when all they do is hide in a dark Connor and complain while doing the same exact crap BigE does i be it on a smaller scale. Not atleast attempting to stop the ticking time bomb before everything goes up in flames because even though the Emperor's plan didn't work he at least slowed down the invetible and gave everybody's time to get there shit together,
better than doing nothing.
I'm not saying the Emperor's way was the only way as he genuinely wasn't most of the time but when you start to examine and compare him to the other Perpetuals who all they do is spit ball and hide. You begin to understand why everybody actively pretends they don't exist as they've never served any other narrative purpose that isn't just talking smack and hiding when push comes to shove

Epic Primarch Grudge Match: “Anyone vs. Kurze.” LOL
I feel like the Emperor wouldn't let Valdor kill Alpharius. If Alpharius really did think he was being loyal, the Emperor would probably try to knock some sense into him and get him back on track, just like he tried to do with Magnus.
I’m not sure the Emperor would care too much. The Emperor built the Primarch’s with redundancies so one can be replaced in the event he dies. Omegon would just replace Alpharius. He was active and he was loyal. Plus they all get revived anyway. Even Ferrus Manus gets to come back
I see one major omission from this scenario.
Without Magnus, Tzeench will no doubt need to tempt another Primarch to take his place. The Khan perhaps.
You think Tzeench has a chance against the Primarch of common sense??????????
Alpharius was, is, and would always be Tzeench’s true champion. Their connection is just so convoluted that neither alpharius nor tzeench is aware of this.
Khan has far too much common sense to fall for any of that Bs
He refused to join the traitors because they served chaos, so why would he fall?
Tzeench does not speak Mongolian. Khan doesn't speak Weird.
Here's some to consider:
What if all of the Primarchs (save Alpharius because he landed on Terra) somehow died before the Imperium discovered them?
If any one Loyalist and Traitor Primarch switched sides for the Horus Heresy, who would you choose for the best outcome for either the Loyalists, or the Traitors?
What if the Silent King never got rid of his Command Protocols and took (almost) all the Necrons with him out of the galaxy to perhaps find a new and better one and come across the Tyranids?
What if the Great Crusade had all the Primarchs and none turned Traitor, but there were no Astartes?
What if the Beast Orks succeeded in defeating the Imperium?
What if the Raptor Project succeeded/was never sabotaged?
“We are here father, all of us” almost made me tear up
Imagine the Emporer whould had shown Corax the way of the Warp ,so he could unlock his Full potential during the heresy .

Probably your best video lately, you seemed very enthusiastic to share it, your enjoyment bled over to the viewer. Excellent
And as we see the glorious aftermath we see the emperor riding out in space in his kickass retirement ship as he gives out a speech. Then finally we zoom out…
And what I’ve done by linkin park starts playing us out
I think an interesting video would be if majorkill talked about the theory of one of the chaos gods turning ‘good’. The chaos gods all have the good, the bad, and the ugly about them. So what if Tzeetch focused on progress and hope, khorne focused on actual strength and honor? Also, someone in another video talked about how a theory that Ceogorach’s greatest scheme was to trick Slanesh into being the elders greatses hope or something.
This should be a alternate series done by the BL. End it shortly after the defeat of Horus. Be a great series to see.
Nah, do the same thing but reverse it. 10,000 years of peace and domination. Then the full might of the tyranid race finally reaches the galaxy, and all the primarchs in their old age are called to their final destination. That would be fuckin epic.
I love this "what if" scenario. Magnus story was so sad how close he was to really helping the imperium
I love how you never say Tzeentch's name the same way twice. Very appropriate for The Changer Of Ways.
Very good story, BTW. Even had a happy ending.😊
Emperor and all the Loyalist Primarchs Lived, the webway project continued, Humanity entered a golden age, and Erebus died.
A beautiful alternate reality.
Perturabo would probably fight if he's pitted up against dorn, but... wouldn't he stop fighting if the emperor asked nicely?
He would surrender only if Magnus asked
@@efestohorus2053 probably if magnus asked, or the emperor, bo would probably be fine with getting his legion stripped form him and him being bannend to the emperial palace making pieces of art for the empire... honnestly he would probably want to help on the webway project as it's something he can do that he knows he will be good in and that gives him time with daddy
A video of the top ten community made wholesome moments would be great
We need a video on ork vehicles.
Warhammer's The Exodite got me intetested in Tau Navy. Please make a video about them, their strategy and battles they fought against Imperium Navy.
Another point is that with Magnus on the Emperor's side is that they might be able to convince Perty to rejoin them, if they did this after the Angel Exterminatus then maybe he would except, after all Magnus was the only person Perty considered a real friend and brother.
when magnus entered with a "we are here father" i cried a tear of joy. It was fking glorious, an distant dream forever fading but never forgotten in the emperor's mind.
11:18- See, I don’t think that would be the same……. Now, you know how Big E was holding back?!? Well I kinda figure that since Mags didn’t do his overwhelming amount of stupid Big E probably wouldn’t be hopping that Horase wasn’t just being stupid like a lot of his other sons!?! And then therefore he wouldn’t hold back like he did!
Superb video as always @majorkill.
Could you make a video dedicated to the Navigators, the major houses, their politics, relation to the overall Imperium and factions
Majorkill puts a lot of thought and energy into creating these What-If scenarios. It's honestly very refreshing when GW very rarely and very slowly moves the story in any meaningful direction. Even if these are hypothetical, they're *all* just stories in the end so it's fun to construct your own head canon.
yeah thats what the emperor foresaw... then magnus got stuck in the webway, only his head sticking out of the swirls... and the emperor sighed...:"magnus...."
I find it hard to believe that the Emperor would straight up execute Alpharius when he can just as easily keep him captive. I think he would converse with him to get him back on his side and tell him all the secretes Alpharius has amassed, all the Intel he has on the traitors and such. Bringing the Alpha Legion to the Loyalist side, especially when they have half a million Astartes as is suspected, would be the greatest advantage in the war. Singlehandedly compensating for the 3 cut off legions at once.

Not as a traitor who is much dummber, then what his lore says he should be making rash un thought out decisions. He had the second best understanding of the warp in all of humanity and would have understood his fathers decree to ban the use of psycher if he was as smart as the lore leads you to believe and done just as you say and gone to tell him in person, not go "derpdeeederrr' and yell at his dad through the warp.
"and Erebus dies like a bitch" - FUCK YEAH!
Dude this is some Endgame Portals shit. Amazing.
Horus lowers the shields of his flagship to challenge his father, Big E just blows it up with his mind.
one thing you get wrong with the end list is that it wouldn't be so simple for the Imperium to just take the galaxy. even with the webway project, it wouldn't be this instant dub for humanity. if the emperor actually did manage to weaken chaos with his project (whatever it was), it would also weaken slaanesh, which means the eldar could very well all of a sudden become MUCH more powerful as they could use their full powers without as much fear of slaanesh coming for a snack.
also the necrons would hardly be destroyed so easy. if they awoke to find a galaxy with a unifed strong human empire running it, they wouldn't fuck around with infighting between dynasties, and an even somewhat unified necron empire would be a force to be reckoned with. the necrons have some pretty crazy doomsday weapons so them randomly vaporizing terra from afar is 100% something they could try to do.
Could you do a Video on the King in Yellow? Still hung up on that damn cliffhanger from the last Bequin book...
Hey Majorkill,I am actually crafting my own heresy on the basis of, What If The Loyalists on Istvan knew that their reinforcements were traitor? I have written in lots of fan favourites like Ryaloanor, Nathaniel Garrow, Garviel Loken and others. Also there are LOADS of primarch duels and Alpha legion convoluted 3d Chess Checkers. I think I will be finished by September I was wondering if you want to analyse it like the Robutian Heresy? Cya mate, have a good one
Erebus dying alone and abandoned gives me that warm tingly feeling.
