Parents like Chet is one of the reasons why people, especially teens, are scared to come out, and can’t be who they truly are. Most especially can’t be with someone whom they truly love. That’s the sad reality of our society, not everyone is accepting when it comes to these things

I agree Chet does not have the right to stop her. But from what I know, Chet did not know he has a daughter because the mother hides from him. So why everyone is blaming him for being irresponsible. The fact is he has tried a lot to connect with Aneung. I think he is still a good father. And his hate for same sex relationship is a different problem.

He managed to touch on all of Khun Nueng's most specific insecurities. Finding the ideal man, the age, the possibility of a heteronormative family, it's all very accurate and cruel. Thinking about relationships with big age differences in real life, I can't even imagine how difficult it is, but how beautiful it is to try and go through everything to be together.
When Anueng cry while speaking to Arnueng in front of family, I can feel the pain of every word from her🥹. Yoko.....😭😭😭😭

10:58 how her eyes are filled with tears….I always loved how Aneung looks Khun Neung straight into her eye. For this second season, I was impressed with Yoko’s acting but she is unbelievable in this episode! I love Faye and Yoko’s tension between them!

The funny thing about this part is when the rest of anueng’s family are just quietly sitting in the sofa and just listening to Anueng and khun Neung confessing their love to each other😂😂 I kinda find this part hilarious because you can see that after all the things they discovered, Khun Neung will always have the upper hand😂
You're right, Khun Neung's power over Aneung was so clear. The family should know it's Khun Neung who agreed to let go, and should not blame Khun Neung in any case. If Khun Neung decided the opposite, there would be no way that Aneung would agree to go abroad.

I was literally about to say this. Like she is the only one who understood everything and was just scared to accept it
At first, I thought that Nueng's Mom understand the situation but no. She definitely using time to prove something. Of course, she's already sure that everything will change because the condition is Nueng will study abroad and KN cannot visit her nor call her. An LDR won't work if this is the case especially that only KN knows about the condition. Nueng will think that KN forgets her and since Nueng is not yet matured enough, probably she will find another person to divert her attention. All of them cannot accept that KN will fall in love and fight for it. Nueng's Mom cannot accept the fact that her child can melt the heart of KN while Nueng's Dad is just homophobic. Anyone can be Nueng's lover as long as it wasn't KN, that's what they want.
But I understand why Fah (Nueng's Mom acting this way). Fah cannot decide on her own. It's either she was persuade by Chet or by her Mom. She cannot do anything about it because somewhat it will backflash against her. But definitely love the character of Pah. She's not homophobic at all, she's acting like a Mom afraid that her/his child will have to suffer pain and discrimination.

When Nueng said at 11:49, "What I understand the most is my own feelings," it just shows how TIRED she is from other people constantly choosing her life decisions for her. Imagine being abandoned as a child, forced to fight your battles alone for YEARS, only to be treated like a kid later on. Notice how nobody even considered talking to Aneung and immediately jumped to blaming KN, because they don't value her say in all this

Fah, Chet and Grandma witnessing how Khun Neung and Aneung are discussing so many obstacles in their relationship being accepted, this should have opened their minds (or at least give themselves chance) to be more open minded about the situation! Seeing the 2 suffer to get accepted and having to prove their love is reason enough for people to be more considerate about letting people they love make choices for themselves.
Faye acting is something else! Her words all said no but her eyes said the opposite and you can see the “no dont go dont leave” look on her eyes the whole time even when her words said to leave
I’m glad anueng stands up for herself so well. Her parents have some nerve to let her be raised by her grandmother her whole life and then try and stake some claim over her. It makes me crazy. You want anueng to act like an adult but you won’t let her make decisions for herself. I know this is a different culture but anueng knows who she is and what she wants better than any other adult in this series. She deserves more trust and support from those who say they love her. All of them are so good actors. Even Chet, really did good job here because we hate the character, he's a good actor. Yoko really put so much effort and it is showing, I cried with her. And Faye as always ruling her roles , wow 👏

When you know your favorite character will get hurt again, it breaks your heart to see her cry like she used to. Faye was right, yoko cries so beautifully. Yo's have a lot of iconic lines fr, I really love how she deliver the lines and it always stuck in my head.
It broke my heart when I saw the first teardrop, like I can't move forward from that. :(
Both of them are very good at acting, the chemistry is natural between them making the story more believable, but Yoko really did such a great job especially in this episode portraying the emotions of the moment. I really hope they get another series together. I hate seeing Faye get so sad because I know she pulls from her own past emotions but man it made that last line hit harder seeing her emotions. I really love these actresses.
Chet really hits ALL the insecurities KN felt loving AN. The gender issue, the huge age gap, the perception of the people seeing them together, and the posibility of AN falling out of love. P'Fah saying the infamous words "you don't deserves her" back at KN and the grandmother attacking her personally.
It is too much when in fact they are the ones who doesn't deserves AN, without KN, they really think AN could survive ALL the sadness she felt being alone, abuse and abandoned?
The words that Chet said to Khun Nueng were very painful, but those words cannot change the love between the two, especially Anueng, her love is consistent, and pure.

Faye is such an amazing actress, you can clearly see the dedication that she puts in her role as Khun Nueng. She brought Khun Nueng’s character to life, and she did a wonderful job
Now I get why KN is so afraid everyone only blame her AN really fell for first but KN really fell harder...now both KN and AN suffer because of their so called parents 😩🤧the way FayeYoko nailed it in every scene mind blowing🤯❤
KN had feel the guilt from the beginning but she fell too hard where she unable to let go of Aneung until now......Aneung always stand firm and show her love, KN always pretend to be strong, heartless when she is in pain....... I cant rewatch this episode again....
To be honest, being one of LGBT, I could not repeat watching this episode. We've faced these obstacles all the time. Some of my friend from LGBT could not stand the EP 5 and even decided to wait until the last episode was available to watch at a time. This is what I feel. And therefore, I highly appreciate the team to present this issue in a GL romance, and not fear of the influence on the views number. This issue is difficult, painful, but very true.
The part.. "this again?" Showed how often the age gap issue be the top reason to question (including Arnueng herself) Anueng's decision.
Yoko's acting here is SOOOOO GOOD! The crying scene in front of senior actors is not easy, and she neailed it!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

Every lines yoko said in front of Khun Nueng and whole fam is really heartfelt. Wow. I can feel every pain and disappointment in those words she said to Khun Nueng. I really cried when she cried. You can feel the deep pain in the tone of her voice and her facial expressions. Faye is also good by keeping a straight face(although we all know that she is also hurt deep inside). Actually, all the casts here are good actors. Blank is the best series with great casts, production and plot twist. KUDDOS

Even though Chet is Anueng’s father, but he has no right to separate them because he never raise Anueng since she was born.
But he is a politician. He knows he has no power to AN, so he always make people who has the power involve in for his own goal. Like he asked AN if Yui is her girlfriend in front of her grandma.
Even if he did raise her, he would not have the right to separate them. Nobody has the right to hurt you, especially your parents.

The dialogue and words between Khun Neung and Chet hits right in the wounds. I think he got her with the age, Khun Neung is insecure about the age difference I get and understands that there are so many things that come into play especially when you overthink.

Faye's acting here is just amazing. You can really see how much this is affecting her in her body language, despite her being such a calm and collected character who even in these moments is trying to remain as such. You can just tell from every little bit of her body language that she doesn't mean what she says to Aneung, and that saying it destroyed her.
You just know there's more she wanted to say that she couldn't with the audience there, and she's hoping that cutting her off like that is going to make it easier on her.
Faye deserve award for her amaizing acting skills....that dilemma...doubt...her love over powering by her insecurity....she expressed so well...her eyes speaks more than any gl actresses....she deserves alot ❤❤😂

I keep rewatching this scene specifically because of how much there is to unpack . The emotions in this scene is unmatched everything was Perfect. The Ultimate love Khun Nueng has for Nueng is astounding because even though it’s Killing her she is willing to risk the happiness she wants if that means Nueng’s family will accept her as a woman that loves a women and even if it can not be her. I also got the sense that when Khun Nueng told Nueng to prove it to everyone she was including herself in the category because her insecurities made her uncertain . For Nueng I Love how she stood her ground against everyone’s doubt including Khun Nueng . Her statements were direct and crystal clear , when she told Khun Nueng she was disappointed in her I felt every inch of that line and started crying as if I disappointed her 😭

Khun Neung takes all the blame in this Ep. She received all the hurtful words from Chet but looking into it, it’s all facts. I cannot blame Chet because it’s her daughters’ well-being. No matter how hard Ar-Neung fight for her love for Neung, it cannot be. I felt Ar-Neungs pain. Especially when Neungs mother said that she don’t deserve Neung. My heart is already broken from my breakup then this Ep is also heartbreaking. Double whammy.
