you forget the natives from Borneo. Malaysia doesn't only consist of Malay, Chinese and Indians.... Talking too much about Peninsular Malaysia... What about talking a little more about the beautiful Borneo?
I love Poh but sometimes it's hard to find the ingredients for her recipes where I live. Does anyone know where you can buy belacan in Sydney? It's supposed to be in her nonya curry chicken recipe but I can't find it anywhere. Would it be for sale in the Chinatown shops?? Or is there something else I can use instead?? Can you use normal shrimp paste or would that wreck it? It's supposed to be hard shrimp paste so maybe normal shrimp paste would be ok. Or can you make it yourself?
+Jonathan Clark Dude, she's speaking English. Even if she's raised in Malaysia, she would still be able to speak English, but with a different accent. May i ask, where are you from?
+Jonathan Clark i can speak in a astralian acent and im 9 i live in malaysia ppl say im to young but you cant stop me fron learning more about english to my friends im more like not a malaysian bc they dont know how to speak english
Poh is not a chef, she spent 3 months on a cooking shiw and thats it. Hiw screwed up this world is, you have Chefs dedicating their lives to their craft sheeding blood sweet and tears literraly and sime chick saunters on to some cooking show for a few months and ends up becoming a celebrity with her own cooking show. What a heap of steaming #$#@ then to add the final insult of calling her a chef
Such a great idea to bring Poh on board. She's great talent.
