The earlier version of star scream is miss transformed. The hinges behind the head close at a 90 degree angle that’ll make that gap between the chest and the back go away

I definitely wish the new Starscream had bigger wings. And perhaps the cockpit was smaller. But it needed to be big to fit the head into it.

slight inaccuracy. the original starscream was based off Fall of Cybertron, while the new one is based off War for Cybertron, while the designs between the two games are similar, there are differences. The small wings on the new one is accurate to WFC. in FOC Starscream had larger wings.

Honestly had they made the wings larger on the new figure, it would have made it better. The small wings really kill the figures decent quality for me. I still love it, but man the small wings are annoying. They look good in robot mode but in jet mode they should have been able to extend.

The Return of the Jedi Luke cameo made me smile. He's like a inside reference for this channel.
I think I prefer the 2013 figure. The positives and negatives overall adds up nicely. The new one looks like it's trying too hard. Like it wants to have the nice beefy body but it doesn't quite work for the jet mode...

From my experience with the older Starscream mold, the top grey pieces that sit on his shoulders can fold in and make an “L” shape almost. It’s hard to describe, but it does somewhat help with the giant hold through his torso.

I prefer the original and I might get it over the studio series version it's proportions looks off so as the original and the details are so plain in my opinion that is why I am sticking with the original

Note. You mistransform Starscream, the around the head one. You need to flip inside. This may reduce the gap but little
