No it doesn't it's blendable but you need to do fast because it dries down quickly or else you can mix it with your moisturizer and then put is on ur cheeks
The shade Sea breeze is actually a gorgeous shade ❤ I’m completely in love with the shade. It makes my whole face and complexion so bright and wakes me up kinda shade. Want to try the shade Irish coffee on your recommendation ❤ ❤❤
