Rachel Tyler I believe it was a Glatzan bald cap from Kryolan, and it melted away with acetone. We asked the model how it felt under the mask and he said he was very comfortable and breathing wasn't at all an issue.
Rachel Tyler u can also make a bald cap out of "baldiez" ( encapsulator& bald cap plastic by Mouldlife) and the edges u melt with 99% ancohol.( brickintheyard.com) . good luck

I can do prosthetics too i went to school in Toronto (CMU college of Makeup Art and design) it is so much fun
