Coz in my home both bore water nd corporation water mixed and coming so what can i do for that?

My flowerhorn is almost 20days old ....i bought him 2.5 incha now he is bit big...but colors and head was superb the day i got...because of its color and a bit head..i got him but...right now he has not shown his potential...colors totally faded...head is also down...i change water time to time...food is on time and good...also heater space everything is proper
