Cried watching this and cried again watching the movie... I myself enjoyed the movie. The story was rather interesting and I loved the chemistry between the two leads even though it wasn't emphasized a lot (at least for me it wasn't xD). Their acting was fantastic and the graphics of the film were BEAUTIFUL!! I agree a lot of the magical elements confused me especially with her 'transformation' but the whole thing looked incredible I don't really bother to question it xD

I watched this movie a few days ago and it left me disappointed and confused. I found it ridiculously overblown in certain parts and the love story left me indifferent. I should have just watched your video instead of the entire movie XD Anyway, beautiful work as always! :) [SPOILER] Just a few questions: who really was Nishang? Why did she spit blood all of a sudden? And why did her hair turn white? I didn't understand if she was really human or not. I don't like when they randomly put magical elements in the story without giving an explanation. :/ Or maybe I just understood nothing XD
***** I never expect nothing of realistic from a wuxia-fantasy movie but this is just too much. Even if the story tells about dragons and unicorns, it must make sense to be believable. As I've already said, if they just randomly put in the story magical elements without explaining why and how that's happening, the final result is just a ridiculously unbelievable story.

It was kind of rushed. According to the novel, "Romance of the White Haired Maiden", conflict between Nichang and the Wudang clan led them to fight each other. Yihang tried to break up the fight but ends up accidentally attacking her trying to save his masters, causing her to believe that he has betrayed her. Filled with anger and betrayal, she runs away injured and falls into a long, deep sleep. After recovering she wakes up finds her hair had turned white.
YoonaMVs I know this is very late but I'm answering anyway. 1. She spat blood because she'd been injured. 2. There is actually an old belief that overwhelming negative emotions can cause the hair to turn white almost instantly. Forgot what it's called.
