I think there are some transaction charges. I sent 10,000 INR but I got USDT only for 9,450 INR. Approx 6% of the amount vanished.

For example - usdt is trading at 80.1 inr. Every person would sell it more than 82 inr through p2p.

Yess..Bcoz the sellers and buyers on binance p2p provide usdt at high prices than normal and that extra ammount is the source of income of p2p sellers and buyer's.
