- Welcome back to the series where I customize and review OG, and older DLC Vehicles from late 2015 and older that I was never able to make videos on. The reason I make these videos on these older cars is to provide my opinion on how they currently stack up to newer ones in-game. And ultimately, help you better decide on whether or not you should buy them when/if they go on sale.

it's not really free from the streets cause you have tu put a tracker and a insurance
@@jibitoaster6549 if you bring it into your garage first, you get the tracker for free. Then you only have to pay for the insurance option when you bring it to the customs afterwards
We should get a Benny's version of the Futo that turns it from a Levin to a Trueno

That's true the futo is a creation of Mike Bush, an American vehicle designer for Rockstar UK, and an AE86 enthusiast.
More over, the “fujiwara” wheels are the watanabe panasports in real life. Bunta fujiwara was rockin wats on his 86 too. Fujiwaras come stock on the futo.

That was my first car in the game. I still have mine in a garage somewhere.
I modded one to the fullest with wine red and a nice livery that made it look holographic almost. Left it outside my house and someone blew it up. Forgot to get insurance😢

The Benefactor Panto would be epic to see next
I’m still disappointed that the Panto has a carbon fiber option for almost every part *except* the front bumper; that only has a painted one with a carbonfiber lip.
That way you can’t really make a full carbon fiber version since the front bumper will always remain colored.

@@happyendingservice that doesn’t have the actual carbonfiber texture though; if you take a closer look it’ll still look very different.

I had the same relevant questions when trying to upgrade my Benefactor schafter V12 sports. The regular Sedans has an option to change the grille, but the more expensive V12 sports does not offer any grille change.
I really feel upgrade kits should be more universal and more extensive in terms of options for all cars.
Last time I was this early Dinosaurs still exsited.

The Schwartzer is better than Penumbra.
I love how Rockstar added the Rolling Dude livery, which is a nod to the Tokyo Extreme Racer series where there's a team of 86s known as Rolling Guy. There's a Rolling Guy 86 that has a livery similar to this one. Actually the Team Auto Exotic and Garage Drift are actual nods to real 86 drift/track cars. Very awesome

The Futo was the first car i stole and made my own. I loved it because of it's handling and it's early 90's looks.
6:12 I saw this livery in the thumbnail and thought it looked pretty familiar. Then I see it's called Rolling Dude 7 and was shocked. GTAV is probably the last place I'd expected to see a Tokyo Xtreme Racer reference but props to who ever put it in.
You should totally do the maibatsu penumbra I'd love to see that
I personally would like to see the cheetah, its still to this day my favourite vehicle despite its poor performance

Thanks for doing the Futo. I absolutely love this car. It doesn't matter what car ive been driving I have to finish my night on GTA5 with a bonkers drive in my Futo .👍🎮

Remember in 2013 when you were the coolest guy in the session if you managed to get the Obey Tailgater to spawn naturally and saved it as a personal vehicle? You never see the Buffalo S, Tailgater or Bodhi in Online anymore, it's a shame because they have alot of customisation for launch-day cars.
I build the Tailgater and bodhi 2 says ago, fantastic OG Cars imo
They probably have that much customization because they’re the main characters’s personal vehicles from story mode.
I don’t know if the coquette classic is old enough or if you’ve done it but that would be cool.

Good afternoon everyone. The futo is by far my favourite sports car, I put some realistic customization on it and love to drift around the area near grove street 😈

I have a soft spot for this car because it was the car that taught me how to drift in this game and I used to use it a lot in story mode. I love taking the car out for a spin once and a while.

Please do the penumbra next it has decent customisation for a street car
The Bollokhan Prairie (Hyundai Tiburon) has a lot of customization options too, especially for a street car.
When the nightclub update was released they added livery options to some older cars, such as this Futo, the Penumbra and the Coquette classic. However for the Prairie they didn’t stop at just liveries; it also got a lot of bumper/hood/exhaust/spoiler/etc options added as well.

Something about the rear of the Jester makes my stomach quesy.
A thing a lot of people seem to miss is that the front is from the Levin Zenki (first model), And the back is from the Levin Kouki (facelift model).
Just a odd little thing that most people who aren't into the AE86 that much don't know

Fun fact: rolling dude No.7 is based off of rolling guy No.1 From the Tokyo Xtreme Racer Series, He was the leader of a fictional race team rolling guy which all the driver drove AE86s Truenos and Levins

The futo was one of my first cars in GTA and I had the karin rally team livery.

I'd pay good money if they actually updated the Futo, not design-vise but like adding more tuning options or as ppl mentioned it before me making it a benny's veichle.

I think Bollokan Prairie is one of the car that need to get the attention. Although its a slow car, but the options to customize it after the After Hour update is very decent. Hope to see you customize it someday :)
Using a darker shade of gray for the primary color and having a Torino red pearlescent really looks good on this car.

I see the difference in a drift and powereslide as it's beginning if you downshift to raise rpms or handbrake it's more of a drift if it's just put your foot to the floor around a corner it's a powereslide

The only reason I still play this game is because of the futo. It’s cheap, it’s fun, and the customization are awesome, also with all my cars, I still take this one to car shows.
My account (which I had since 2013) was resettled by rockstar months back. I miss it greatly, this was one of my favorite games

And then, we got it.
The Rallye bumper makes a lot of sense, as this version of the AE86 was used in Rallying (due to it’s higher Body strength if I’m not mistaken).
If they make it a hatchback, put on those Pop-up headlights, and five it a livery says something tofu shop like the original.. wooo it will be one of the reasons I get on GTAO

Also Maibatsu Penumbra is a great budget car.

I have the GTA AE 86 eleven and man I like it also fun fact Toyota released multiple versions of the 86 there was the base Sprinter Trueno and AE86 eleven The one we see in the game is based around the eleven these are the fact that the styling is a more appropriate to rallying and easier to copy
