Retrograde CTO PCI when things don't go right

We discuss how to handle retrograde CTO PCI cases when things don't go right. In this case, septal surfing was challenging, reverse CART was challenging, and eventually a snare was useful when the antegrade vessel could not be wired with the retrograde wire after reverse CART.
