@ChristopherPlattthat's not necessarily a bad thing. Moderate egg consumption is proving to be a beneficial source of protein. Sourcing is key as well as not over consumption of egg dishes.

I eat what I want when I want it and I eat a lot of sugar. That being said, I am in my 60's and take no meds. I think it is because I eat a large variety of foods of many colors. I also happen to really like a lot of foods that people consider "healthy".

Thank you for the time, care and dedication to passing down and teaching hand made crafts to those of us that want to learn. Everything is being replaced by machines, and no machine can replicate the true craft it only makes "products" handmade teaches passion, patience, trust, knowledge, secrets of mixes and from generation to generation these are what will be the most important things as our age comes. Because the rush rush of youth turns into what have we done, slow down you'll miss the most important part as we're looking back older not wiser for some to wise for others. And always the beauty is everywhere just slow down to see it. Thank you again your a gift to all.
