- This delicious sandwich bread consists largely of oat flakes and oat flour, as well as rice and buckwheat flour.
It also contains chia seeds, which are known to be a very good source of plant-based protein. Chia seeds contain all essential amino acids.
This bread keeps you full for a long time, prevents cravings and helps you lose weight.
It is suitable for breakfast, dinner, in between meals and on the go.
It will stay fresh for several days at room temperature if wrapped in a cloth.
If you freeze this bread, it's best to cut it into slices and toast the bread well again right before eating. Then it tastes almost like it was freshly baked.

Sandwich bread recipe with sourdough
Ingredients:
Dry ingredients
100 g white rice flour
100 g oat flour
100 g buckwheat flour
75 g tapioca starch
75 g potato starch
15 g salt
For the gel mixture:
50 g raw finely grated potato
20 g raw finely grated apple
25 g chia seeds
20 g psyllium husk (not milled)
30 g sesame seeds
50 g rolled oats
500 ml lukewarm water
For sourdough:
50 g millet sourdough starter

50 g millet flour
50 ml lukewarm water
Bake in preheated oven at 230 degrees Celsius, covered with a lid for 45 minutes.
Then take lid off. Lower the heat (200 degrees)and bake aproximately 10 - 15 minutes more until the desired browning.
