When 450x is switched in Smart Eco option, you can drive it in warp mode even in 1% of battery. And to achieve the claimed range, you also need to use an agressive regen along with an agressive acceleration. And that's basically not possible on highway so, the limitations to drive an Ather is inside the city.

I agree ... The sound is amazing, and the sporty pickup from the word go is so good in gen3.
I have noticed that eco mode is not useful, i switched to sports and warp mode .. I ride and leave throttle in City conditions.. i get 75% battery to 83kms approx in sports /wrap mode. Also on the forum they have explained in a blog post. In Gen3 sports mode is the go to mode. So in real life conditions ... You get more than 110kms in sports mode alone
Agree I drive in sports mode only but highest speed I drove is 65....and average speed 30.... And I experienced more than 100 range....
@@sauravbhattacharya2627 yes that's right ... Bcoz most of the time we need acceleration on red light and stop overs ...we never ride at constant speed above 50 in cities bcoz there is traffic. So bcoz of that i get near about +- 30Wh/km so that gives good range. You just need to control your Breaking... I haven't used the Regen Breaking till now bcoz is hard to use reverse throttle. Have you?

I have gen 3 of ather i have drive my vehicle with pillon on sports mode on 45-50 speed i have got 90+ km range total weight is round 160 kg
Will wait for atleast 2 years before buying electric scooter, minimum range must be 200 km in eco and 150 in sports mode. I hope in 2 years it will be possible and price of electric vehicles will be drastically reduced in India and huge lithium found in our Kashmir. JAI HIND

Real life conditions test karo ... And i don't think you have driven it well. On avg a good rider and use about 30kwhr per kms.
And you have used so many EVs, so brother try to ride in real life conditions day to day. Then you will get 100kms in sports mode and that's a self tried and tested by Me. I know it's posible. And you know what I am talking about. There is difference in driving ather and Activa petrol. So show us what you know.
