    I used one of these sheets when I passed meds. Double chk system as I worked Hospice hall. Was always busy w care of residents and wound care. And treatments

      @@ChrisThedudenurse it was. Non stop. It was constant. We usually had at least one resident tht passed during course of shift. Their were two nurses tht work per shift could used another

    How many patients do u have in you nursing home.. per nurse ?

      This was years ago but if I remember correctly it was around 30.

      I had to stay late and make my 1st one. after that I just based them all off of that on the fly.

    Thank you for this video, this will be very helpful for me, I just have one question, How do you deal with residents not being in their rooms? For me, it throws my med pass off when I have to go search for the resident's. What advice can you give me?

      tonkschatter not to answer your question with a question, but what’s the reason they aren’t in their room? Is it eating, treatment, bath time, or do you just have a talker? The 1st 3 options you can talk to your staff to figure out a good time for meds and the task. If you have a chatty Kathy however just find their routine and make note for Med pass time.       christina miclat it’s breathing treatments, but remember these are my personal symbols and are not medical terms. I just made these for me to remember in a hurry.
