- Hopefully this is a nice simply to follow tutorial on how to fit the new Alpine SPC-10 speaker and tweeter sets to a T6 and T6.1

Fitted mine last night, following your video. Made it so easy, plus I fitted some sound proofing to the door panels to cut out any vibration 😃👍

If there are no tweters in A pillar, where do you wire them? On the wire of the speakers or has to go directly to the unit?

I’ve installed these in my t6, I have the Halo 9 head unit, does anyone know where I can find the best settings for them? EQ settings etc
I fitted these today to my 2023 Sportline, but only did the drivers side woofer/tweeter and fully soundproofed the door and door panel. This was a good opportunity to compare to the standard ones
I'm really not impressed, there is hardly any difference when you balance from left to right in the quality over standard.
I have a Vibe amplifier, which is wired to plug in directly to the discover media headunit, I'm hoping this is going to drive them nicely and hopefully sound a lot better
Looking Into this and standard Discover Media headunit is only 4x20w RMS.
The Vibe 4 channel micro amplifier is 4x65w RMS, so these should definitely sound much better once fitted.
How did it sound with the micro amp?

Hi Transporter HQ. This is a great video thank you! I just bought these from you, arrived today. Quick question, my A-pillars have handles, do I take the casing from them and remove them first? And its just the same approach once the handles removed? Thank you :-)

Hi, i want to deaden the doors before I install the Alpine speakers, is there anything I should look out for, thinking about the window mechanism etc. Should have said that I want to remove the panel the speakers are mounted on to access the door skin
Yes you'll need to remove the glass to take the door skin off
Thinking of upgrading the sound system on a 6.1 and this keeps cropping up. Is it any good? The current factory standard is pretty shocking 😬
Yeah its a really impressive upgrade over the standard T6.1 set up.
Is the fitting for the 200mm T6 version exactly the same? And when are you getting them in stock?
T6 is slightly different to remove the door card but thats about it. We should have stock live in the website now.

Already have the alpine speakers and tweeters and its better then the stock but im not satisfied yet..

Are the speakers on a California T6.1 ocean the same as a transporter panel van?
The speakers are the same but you need to cut a little more plastic away on the A pillars as they are double skinned. Its easy to see and do when you go to fit them though.
Any idea when you will do the subwoofer install?
We need to get this van back to do it. We'll do it soon hopefully

@@THQAutomotive I meant when looking into the van. Dark panels, dark seats it hard to se what he is drilling, connecting etc
I wish they made the tweaters fir the 5.1
We have put them in a T5.1 but they need cutting and shaping
