I get the feeling those guns weren't really supposed to be in the game to begin with. I'm guessing they were simply put in to the game at a very early stage of development for playtesting purposes, and later on they simply couldn't be bothered removing them.

Styles and motion these days have become more aggressive as Hyper has set the tone with MW 2019, though I will give a shoutout to Mr. Brightside's anims for Insurgency definitely.
