Lisa Wang was an abject failure in her portrayal of She Tai Jun....besides her poor singing skills she was totally ineffective as the key galvanizing figure to face the enemy after the death of Yang Ling Kung.... she could not stamp her authority and hardly displayed the mien of a military leader...TVB's Ah Chieh looked lost and at times semi-comatose...at the curtain call she said " this being the first time she was casted to play an old person " indeed so,and glad to say she failed miserably.... This saga of the Yang family warriors has been staged over the years and in many films and popular video series in HKong, Taiwan n the mainland...many outstanding performers have played the character of She Taijun convincingly..one of the best versions was performed by veteran Poon Yat Onn ( Onn Suk ) in the film The Invincible Yang Family in the late 1960s with the action starlet Ms Yee Soo Chow as Muk Kwai Ying, Lin Jia Sing as Yang Munn Kong n uncle Onn as She Taijun...very often the role of SheTaijun was given to a veteran "lao sang"... in Uncle Onn' s case..each hand movement, each eye movement and each waddle was to place....even in the mainland there is award-winning actress Ms Lee Hung Tao, famed for her portrayal of old ladies though she isn't old herself....Liza Wang is a pale shadow and amateurish ...she was the weakest link in the entire production... For one thing that the silver-haired lady producer has done us, the audience n viewers a favour...she has casted the TVB sister in this elderly role...thus allowing us to view Liza Wang as she is....an aged crone in her mid-seventies with sunken cheeks and wrinkled face needing minimal stage make-up to play this role....She would be making a fool of herself to become the joke of the decade if she ever dare to play the leading YOUNG lady roles again in Dickson Tang's iconic n celebrated works like The Purple Jade Hairpin, Princess Cheong Ping/The Last Ming Princess which she had squeezed herself into not too long ago ..making a mockery of herself😂😂😂
呀姐汪明荃雖然唱越曲不是最好但她是全心投入為越劇爭取了很嘢。我覺得她應該為自己驕傲。祝福她身體健康。
我不是汪粉但也欣賞她的堅持和推動粤劇的精神~她的声線真的有限制~沒有先天之優~但仍不放棄是值得敬佩的❤❤❤❤

汪阿姐演得很不錯哩，可說是聲情並茂。
雖然唱方面絕對有改進空間(尤其音準方面)，但亦有她自己的特色。她以震音來表逹情感，也算是把弱點化成用處的聰明技法。
怎樣也好，阿姐以77之齡，還肯認真的作其他嘗試，實在很值得欣賞。
十分同意，起碼汪明荃肯嘗試，現在又肯担老角戲份，不似某些红伶成世做住幾套手本戲，又不带新人做承傳。
以前亞姐唱歌🎤很好，後來生病聲音出問題，才變成這樣。找到方向繼續努力前進，加油！
阿姐好學不倦，做8和主席，努力栽培後輩，誠意搭够，才是現今社會需要的人材。
汪明荃真的不是粵劇唱家班，氣不夠、音不准、咬字不夠清晰，音域不夠寬廣，但因為她在電視圈有名氣，入屋又早，圈粉無數，人亦好學不倦，這樣的一個人物對粵劇的發展有一定的幫助。但她絕對不能和紅褲子出身的名伶相提並論。

汪小姐確係為本地八和會館同粤剧推廣作出巨大貢獻，在筹款同行政，同政府談及策劃方面尤其出色。但在粤剧表演方面扮相演技方面仍可接受，但唱腔身段完全唔合格。話需如此，佢仍然受到業界尊重，因為佢呢數十年所作出的努力及成績太大了。

我冇聽過佢喺【忠】劇入面嘅全部唱情, 只可以喺哩兩小節入面…覺得[汪女士]嘅平喉不過不失(雖然拉長腔果陣又係有震盪聲), 但後面果啲咁多嘅[士工慢板]都幾入耳; 倒認為佢唱平喉較為好過子喉…比較容易。

上世紀90年代, 國內[湛江]嘅粵劇教育家[孔雀屏]女士(已故)憑自己對綿延粵劇嘅一股使命感, 毅然同幾位有心人以私人嘅人力同財力…去創立一個有固定訓練場所嘅【湛江小孔雀粵劇團】(亦供應學員嘅日常起居飲食); 幾十年嚟成就咗一大班由貧苦孩子出身嘅青年粵劇接班人成才! 已經因為優才計劃移居[香港]發展事業嘅”小孔雀”計有: [梁兆明(梁小明)、梁小飛([兆明]兄長,未有參加是次演出)、梁燕飛(梁燕夏)、李秋元、黃小鳳、符樹旺、詹浩鋒、林芯菱(林小葉)]，以上各人早已練就一身文武兼備嘅本錢加入[香港]粵劇界嘅新一代新力軍, 加埋出身自[廣東粵劇學校]嘅[林穎施、陳景銣]兩位粵劇承繼人嘅帶藝投入演出行列…形成[忠烈楊門]入面嘅陣容實在係人材濟濟。 當然: 本地薑仔如~[王志良、宋洪波、梁非同、曉瑜、王希穎、鄺紫煌、陳玬橦、司徒凱誼、吳思穎]等眾位精壯演員…亦都係形成是次演出陣容更加之如虎添翼。
所以: 謝幕果陣~對於感謝單位方面…真係要提一提[孔雀屏]女士對有份是次演出嘅”小孔雀”身上所曾經付出嘅心血同貢獻。
