Even after 20k of dominar service, i haven't spent above 48k including timsun tyre upgrade 😅.
@TrendingTV-oz4eg 12.5k , engine gasket change and clutch assembly change. Tyres themselves were 18k to change
Rear tyre is 5.5k and front is around 4k MRF REVZ-D
@TrendingTV-oz4eg yes, you can get ralco much cheaper. I had installed timsun off-road 60-40 tyres which costs a lot more
@TrendingTV-oz4egYes, Default MRFs are also good. Only thing is you cannot take it to offroad sections as they slip in mud due to weight of the bike
MRF REVZ-D is good in off-road also im using it and affordable also .. so we have multiple choice for D-400

*The bike is good but purchase & service cost is sky rocketing despite its limited top speed, limited CC & misses other electronics excluding ABS, a golden opportunity that any buyer will go for is KTM ADV 390 (2022 )that comes with power, loads of electronics & lesser maintenance cost and now they have rectified heating issues with double fans,a bigger curved radiator + larger air box. the original price of this G310 was above 4.5k few years back since sales volumes collapsed they reduced it in 2020, if am looking for an adv i would definitely go for KTM 390 if not an interceptor 650 that does full touring and little bit of off -road*

There was a major price crash of 85k after the bs6 norms were mandatory but engine is more smooth and refined compared to bs4 versions, but the major drawback is of the top speed and void of switchable abs
Bmw has better suspension and comfort. Better engine tune for mixed use. Ktm engine is best for touring, it keeps knocking in low revs and gets well as revs increase. Bmw got the fundamentals right and ktm got the features right. From bmw owners though, they say the experience is excellent the moment they switch to local garages for servicing. Each bike has its advantages and disadvantages I guess.
Hieght is very important for a comfortable ride.

E-throttle is manufacturing defect. It should be get changed on bases off warranty which I got replaced by company itself
I have Honda activa from past 7 years. excluding oil change the service cost never raised above 300rs. 🤣🤣🤣🤣. With oil max to max 700 it will come. I don’t know y 48k for 3rd service. Japanese are better than Germans in terms of reliability and cost effectiveness.

it's a TVS in BMW clothes. Not worth the price imo. The engine is not that smooth. I have ridden the 310R. If it were me I would choose the KTM 390 ADV anyday even if price was not a factor.

Please share full invoice.. how come clutch plates changed so soon? Is BMW really using cheap quality or the service centre just ripped off the customer.. something is really wrong if the service cost is about rs.75,000 for 3 services. #bmw must clarify.. else this is truly not justified costs and #bmwindia is misleading customers..
