I can not say enough amazing things about Relax My Dog. I foster dogs and this is an essential piece to me bringing home shelter dogs and getting them in a calm state while being integrated into the home with humans and other animals. I have a corgi and he is usually pretty energetic and I love that. But I also love the way he responded to this music. Normally when we cuddle he moves around a lot and its hard to just relax and pet him. I started playing this and had him on my lap. It was clear that this music helped. Weather it relaxed me and he picked up on that or it relaxed both of us. But after less than a minute he wanted down and instantly rolled over. When he shows his belly I know he is content and happy. We had a nice time. Both of us are very relaxed now. He is on my bed now sleeping.

omg my 9 week Golden retriever Rocky bern trying get him to sleep decided look for puppy song give try your music actuslly work put him to sleep. I also Like the 7 hour sleep at night music of your it help him lots though night not heard any winning or barking in the morning he normally hyper jumpy when see me awake in the morning but with your music it keep clam he not hyper in morning but just lay on his bed when see me l. love it.

because people way smarter than both of us figured out how animals react to music. dogs are the most complicated because breeds are so varied but basically the bigger the dog, the lower their vocal range is, and the lower their heart rate is, making their reaction to human music more likeable than say, a small chihuahua. also the relaxing music because dogs naturally pick up on tone and tempo.

Great music all except the sudden escalating alarm sound... very disturbing/startling to myself and my dogs. Are there any videos that do not have this? I have noticed it in every one I have tried so far. Otherwise I love love love them all... but that sound might be enough to keep me from playing them. :(

+Dudsrussell That alarm is to desensitize animals to sharp sounds, to help them get used to it so it doesn't bother them. Don't worry, it wont harm them, it's only to help them. My dogs love it now, they sleep so soundly and are a lot calmer, and so am I for that matter. God bless whoever came up with this peaceful, beautiful music!
Lorral333 I don't agree at all. Animals have exceptional hearing..and they can distinguish between different types of sounds. And would you care to tell me what in the world sounds like an alarm clock in normal everyday life? Only one thing..an alarm clock. So unless your own alarm clock goes off randomly..they are not being desensitized. Also..I would never want my dogs to be desensitized to sharp sounds..as that may be the difference between me facing a burglar who broke in or one who is scared off by my barking dog. I think it was a simple mistake made by the maker of this video which can easily be corrected.

+CutieHorse i think there may be some parts of the music that can provoke tearful emotional response cuz it made me cry towards the beginning. i've cried a lot in this life, i'm in my 40's, not sure but i don't think it possible to cry too much... but i do cry sometimes if i think about their inevitable passing too much, i know i won't have them forever(3 dogs, 2 cats) they are like my kids to me. it may help you to find someone (parent, other family or friend)you can talk to about what you are feeling. i think it is perfectly normal to think about when that day comes, so you can be prepared, just as long as you don't dwell on it so much that it messes with your head ya know? i wish you happiness, and remember to try and enjoy the moments you have dont let your fears of the future rob you of todays' happiness, joy, and peace

I kept the 13th pup from a VERY large litter, and my husband named him Lucky--and he was! My husband got lost in the rain forest near our home, so he commanded, "Lucky! Go home!" Lucky did--which was lucky for my unlucky (that day) husband! He spent HOURS trying to find his way before he thought to ask Lucky for help!
