Well done video. You do a nice job showing all the little details that printed instructions frequently don't cover.
One thought that might stabilize the long iPad arm: move the attach point (the ball) to the forward part of the mounting plate (i.e., closer the windshield). That might allow the second arm to rest on the dash, providing a point of support.
