Happy Birthday to Tony Levin (age 72)
American musician and composer, specializing in electric bass, Chapman Stick and upright bass. He also sings and plays synthesizer. Levin is best known for his work with King Crimson and Peter Gabriel. He was also a member of Liquid Tension Experiment, Bruford Levin Upper Extremities, ProjeKct One, and ProjeKct Four. He has led his own band, Stick Men.

Musicista e compositore americano, specializzato in basso elettrico, chapman stick e basso basso. Canta e suona il sintetizzatore. Levin è conosciuto per il suo lavoro con king crimson e Peter Gabriel. È stato anche membro dell'esperimento di tensione liquida, bruford levin superiori, projekct uno e projekct quattro. Ha guidato la sua band, gli uomini.
Un prolifico musicista di sessione sin dagli anni ' 1970, levin ha giocato su 500 album, tra cui quelli di cher, Asia, Alice Cooper, John Lennon, Sarah Mclachlan, Paula Cole, Stevie Nicks, Pink Floyd, Paul Simon, terribile Il luglio, il luglio, il gruppo si è presentato a New York. Pierre Ferland. Inoltre, è stato in tour con artisti tra cui Peter Gabriel, Paul Simon (con il quale levin apparve nel film 1980 di Simon), Gary Burton, James Taylor, herbie mann, Judy Collins, Carly Simon, Peter Frampton.
