CMUnow - Nisley Elementary: Where Grizzlies Become Mavericks | Colorado Mesa University

CMU Women's Soccer visited Nisley Elementary School to talk about one of CMU's seven values, resiliency.
Students were surprised to learn that one of the players was a D51 Nisley graduate.The soccer team gifted their RMAC Championship ball to the school, with Wells scoring the winning goal to secure the title.
In Fall 2024, the Where We Become Mavericks initiative will continue, with more student-athletes visiting D51 schools.
