The train in your video is the RUT311 West Side Refinery job. You can always tell by the BNSF coke hoppers that go to the Chevron Refinery. It does not go by your house on the Bingham line. That would be the RUT310, which goes to Kennecott and back, then to Provo and back. HTH.
This was an old video before I knew that. I've done like 50 railfanning shoots with these trains and know much more about them than I did then haha. Hope to do a catch of RUT313 sometime since that's the last one I haven't caught
