How can the carrot of post retirement pension equal to the last drawn salary be a sufficient detriment to pré-retirement judgements being influenced by post-retirement jobs when the preretirement salary is not a good enough bait to prevent judgments which are based on extraneous grounds not germane to the facts and circumstances of a particular case in question from being pronounced?
