She does that to protect you. She can't see trouble if she is facing you, so she turns to face any potential threat. Sweet girl.
Awe! I haven't thought of that! She will even back up to get close to me. She is a sweetie for sure!

Lovely location with Debra & your fur babies. 🐶🐕
It was a very nice place to enjoy the lake. Campground was pretty crowded.

Sami Jo is a silly girl! She cracks me up!

Good evening friend. I always enjoy hearing about your history. You have certainly lead a very interesting life. You find the most beautiful locations. If you get tired, let Sammy drive for a bit!

LOL!
Well, I don't know how interesting it has been but it has been a great life! No complaints!
Absolutely gorgeous! I'm so ready to get back out WEST! I love that landscape above all others. Family love and obligations have kept me EAST for awhile.
I understand! I love New Mexico so much!
Lake Vallecito. Been there. Love SW Colorado. Especially Durango, Silverton, Ouray, and more. Been going there almost every year since 1976.
Yes, all those areas are so beautiful! Love Colorado!
you two are hilarious 😂. It's a beautiful park!
😂. We crack us both up All the time! Always a fun time! It was a beautiful park!
Loved your video! That is a beautiful view! So funny how dogs get stuck in their ways just like we do🐾 Good luck fishing🐟Happy trails🌞🦋💖

Wow! I gotta visit this lake. What a gorgeous spot! Love your baby, she's a good and very happy girl. Your videos are really pretty good at capturing the essence. Luv ❤️

Hahaha, I love mealtime convo with you 2. Beautiful! Beautiful! Nice relaxing Did someone say E A T? The pups thought so. Thanks, Jana for sharing Really fun video. Hugs BRs for the pups love you guys
Such a random video, but fun!
That Mexican dinner looked amazing...the view of Navajo Lake is spectacular!
It was so beautiful and we were there during the off season so their wasn't very many boats on the lake.
Soo freakin beautiful. Peaceful. Puppy love. Thank you for sharing. 💞
Looks like a great campsite for y'all. Hopeful for some good fishing. Funny dogs, lol
Hey James! It was a nice place but pretty close campsites.
The views tho...❤
Lou & Angie
I know right?
Seeing you drive that Dooley with the camper inspires me, my husband passed away and I need to learn to drive ours! And go camping like we used to. Gorgeous area.
I saw you comment on Bob's channel and hope you saw my comment back. But if not, first I want to say I am sorry about your husband passing. When you decide to take the camper out and go camping, just go slow until you get comfortable with how the truck handles. It takes a little time to learn how it handles with the turns and the curves. But just take it slow. You will be glad you did! KOKO (Keep On Keeping On)!
Thank u!! Koko!
I’m new here! Beautiful state park, thank you for taking us along.
Thanks for stopping by. Hope you find some videos you like!
That Sami is so silly 🐾🤗
Isn't she though?
Have fun at the new park and love the video of your home, (with Bob). 👍
Thanks, glad that you got to see it! It was a fun day!
Looks like a good fishing lake.
And I actually didn't fish at that lake! Go figure!
Great pro tip using the plastic bag for the dog's water bowl, in a pinch or to lighten the load when traveling/hiking.
Usually, I have her bowl with me but if not I always have bags on me. It really works well too.
Hi! You two crack me up. 😄👍
😁
❤❤❤❤❤❤
SWEET camping spot with a million dollar view. Hope you catch some fish there. It looks really promising. Take care,
Well, I have to admit that I didn't even fish while I was there. The time flew for whatever reason.
❤
When I had my black lab mix I noticed the hot sun affected him more than other dogs I've had.
Here.😊
Saw your CRLV interview with Bob and it so Resonated .
Thanks for coming over and checking out my channel!
I camped at the Crusher campground below the dam last year and did really well on trout, fresh fish for dinner every night. It was also the perfect spot for the annular eclipse.
Oh WOW! I thought the entire river was Red Chili Water - special restrictions.
@@FrugalRVGal the restrictions end right at the Crusher Hole camp.
What a beautiful park!
Yes, it was very enjoyable!
I want to come back as one of your furbabies 😂❤
😂. Me too!
Back in the late 80's Dagney and I would visit Shiprock, Aztec ruins, all over there, and we camped at Sims Mesa where I would always cook a chunk of Salmon. And of course don't forget the great drinks we would make. It was always an adventure because at night we would have visitors. Did you know there were hundreds of ruins flooded to make Navajo Lake...so guess who the visitors were. It was quite the experience. Be healthy, stay safe, and many blessings, Morgan
What an absolutely beautiful place! I swear I could live there. Had to laugh at Bandit and the helicopter. And definitely at the spooner, Sami Jo. lol
It was beautiful but we were packed in too close. If I had a neighbor on the other side of me, they opened their door and was at my picnic table. But the beauty was worth it!
Appreciate you sharing this. I will be there in a few weeks to check out the Aztec ruins.
That will be tomorrows video, the Aztec ruins. So don't watch if you don't want it spoiled for you. You will enjoy it!
Very Cool Place! 😎
It was beautiful but the campsites were really too close together for me.
Beautiful drive on the way to the State Park. What road was that? Really pretty scenery.
The road number is 173 coming out of Aztec, NM and then it turns into road 511.
@@FrugalRVGal thanks so much!
Such a beautiful campsite & views. Thanks for sharing your travels for our vicarious enjoyment.
Thanks for watching!
OMGosh! I love our furbabies so much! 💯❣️❤️🐾❤️❣️💯
Me too, so much!
Hello, greetings from Ireland 🇮🇪 , great video, felt like I was traveling with you 🎶 k
Hey Kathleen from Ireland!
Omg I found one a few weeks ago with 3 hooks so I put bait on it and caught 2 different types of fish and I thought I was the only person to find something like this lol
That is very cool! I haven't tried this one yet, but very soon!
Happy Mother's Day, Jenna. Take care and traveling lively.
Ah, Thank you!
Sammie knew she was on youtube😂
She must have! She is so funny!
What a stunning campsite!! Can i ask which site ya'll stayed at? I want to add it to my bucket list!!!
I was in site 34. I think it was one of the prettiest but if someone is camped in the site next to me their door opens up right to my picnic table. They are a little close!
@@FrugalRVGal thanks Jana!!!
Hi. I was just wondering what the prices are at those campgrounds. I have a senior card but I don't know if that applies outside of Oklahoma. Or did you buy that state camping card? I'm not being nosey, but I love info and if we don't ask, we don't know. So nice you two were able to camo together. I enjoy your videos . Thanks from Central Oklahoma.
Great questions! This is the 3rd summer that we have purchased the New Mexico State Park pass. I haven't done a video of the cost of the New Mexico State Park pass cost but Debra has so here is a link to her video from last year. ruclips.net/video/pXe4tLFaZxs/видео.htmlsi=YmWl39_scKmP9qTt
The state of New Mexico is looking at revamping their fees and even looking at doing away with the annual pass. Their decision has been put on hold for the time being so you might want to keep an eye out on those changes. Here is one of the news story regarding the changes that were proposed. www.krqe.com/new-mexico-living/new-mexico-state-parks-representative-explains-fee-structure-changes/
4:37 That doesn't look like a fire pit. How did you build the fire? What is it that's burning in that big pot? Did you cook over it? Did you buy a NM state parks pass? I guess the extra cost of water and elec. for two weeks really adds up. Inflation making it worse.
It is a propane fire bowl. I don't cook over it cuz I don't want any grease on the rocks. Yes, I did buy the NM park pass.
Jana, how is the terrain for the dogs? Is it like Arizona where there are pricker bushes everywhere?
It wasn't too bad. But there were some cactus going down to the water that I haven't seen before in Quartzsite. I wish I would have looked them up so I could tell you what they were.
Thanks Jana. I am not on the road yet but with 2 small dogs, I am worried they wont even enjoy that kind of terrain. Well, thanks for letting me know. Appreciated.
What campground did you stay at ?
The main campground!
@@FrugalRVGal I’ll going to the pine juniper campground on Father’s Day was wondering how it looks thank for the reply !
