For anybody who's questioning this kit, it is totally awesome, and has turned my van into the most fun vehicle I own, and way more stable and comfortable. I was worried about lifting the van without doing a four wheel drive conversion, thinking that it wouldn't be stable but am totally blown away with how the van feels! Best decision I could have made!
would it make it smooth ride? cuz i work on my van and its really bumpy due to all those potholes over the last 3 years. i drive 200 miles a night for work. at this point, i feel every pothole every sewer cover and its not 100% stable after 60mph. it has great engine and transmission but this suspension thing is killing me. What is the solution ?
Hi , got the 6 " kit , rear is done on 02 E 450 2wd awesome used Hellwig HD sway bars .....but In front Hellwig 7008 or original stock .....I have issue to connect sway end links to sway bar + camber is so off V shape (loaded heavy end ).....do you have any 2wd video or pic with 6 " lift . I bet I need some special connector sway link or some advice .. Thank you in advance .
Typically we do eliminate the sway bar, however we do sell brackets to drop the sway bar. Take a look at the RV videos to see this. Give us a call if you need further assistance.
So you heat and bend the I beams that say do not hear and bend right on them? How's that working out for you so far? Not hating either, legit considering this kit, but that worries me since the I beams are cast
No issue thus far. Sold 100's of kits and no one has had any problems. As you can see from our customers reviews they are all very happy with our lift kits. We beat on our van like no other and they are completely fine. I guess you could say everything's working out just fine over here :)
Will this kit fit, and or is this kit applicable to a 1999 Ford E150 ? Thank you! I have watched all 4 videos pertaining to this kit & set up and install and no where is it mentioned if this kit is compatible for my application?
$3600 is alot...to much for most people, I have been in fabrication for 10 yrs and I built my own drop brackets which bring the I beam bushing mounts down 2" corrected the trailing arms and ordered 6" skyjacker springs, blocks on the rear and new shocks...I'm all in at roughly $600.00
@@midwest9757 hey Weiland Kings I'd like to see some pictures of that van, I'm a pretty good welder fabricated a little bit I've got a nice work day and it's a 98 and I'd like to get it lifted at least 4 in it's it's pretty high now it's an E250 heck put some pictures on into the guys laughing don't listen to them.
$3,600??.....That's more than I just paid for my '98 E350 Club Wagon church van with 120k. Very clean. When are motorhead video makers going to stop with the loud metal guitar music blaring over the narration? Annoying.

Alot of DIY'rs dont know how to weld. Should have made it a bolt on and I dont see the point of lifting a 2wd van.
