What we need is a really good 4k remaster of the 1986 Wembley show from the Magic tour.

What we need is for them to release any concert other than the same 2 or 3 they always re-release. Bonus points if it's from the 70s.
@@petermmm42 it wasn't recorded. It was only filmed for the sidescreens from the stage but not recorded.
@@Dave_Albright there are rumours it had been recorded but it wasn't released because of the person who got murdered there which is understandable, but that's only if it's true which it's most likely not
@@petermmm42 If you know the history..? Knebworth is never going to happen, because the multi-camera recording doesn’t exist. Only audio. 😅😢 It was prepared to be filmed, but someone screwed up the multi cable. 😖

I went to the Megaplex Theatres a few months back ago when this was playing. & I have the DVD of the Montreal concert, also I listen to this concert on my Alexa dot! 😁👑

Saw them in Imax. So awesome!. I want everyone to know my darling aunt who made me a Queen fan at age 9, recently got me some of Sir Brian's books and cards in 3D. (Best aunt in the world I must say. She saw Queen with Freddie once and lost a shoe in the process. She didn't care at 15). I love the books tons of pics. It's amazing to see the band in 3D. It's like you're right there with them. The books also have lovely write ups by Sir Brian. He talks about Freddie's vanishing shorts 😆😆Proud Queen fan👑👑👑👑💖💖💖💖

Si que le han sacado jugo a este concierto , exprimirlo como limon a traves de los años. Gente de Queen productions , creo que con la inteligencia artificial y la tecnologia de hoy en dia podrian arreglar la imagen y sonido de los numerosos conciertos de Queen existentes , trabajen en eso!
😮It's a great concert, in the cinema. Who has the equipment at home to watch this concert in IMAX quality? You can definitely use the DVD material that is already available. Personally, I would edit "less well-known" concerts and bring them to the cinema or sell them on DVD. So it's just money making.

It wasn’t recorded in that good of a quality though
The only other concert they have on film, and therefore suitable for 4K, is Budapest '86 (AKA Hungarian Rhapsody).
I hope that gets the same treatment, but I'd also love to see official releases of some of the many 1970s concerts videos they have sitting in their vaults. They may only be SD, but they still look and sound great.

Guys c’mon we all love Queen but to keep re-releasing the same concerts? You know what we do need, we need a Queen live at Hyde park 1976 4K or a Queen in Houston Texas 1977, how about a Queen live in earls court 1977, both shows in one deluxe 4K remastered package worthy of release.
Those concerts being released would be great, but they couldn’t be 4K. Rock Montreal and Budapest 1986 were the only ones recorded in a good enough video quality to be remastered in 4K

That's correct it was on film and film is eternal. Its doesn't do it justice if it wasn't recorded on film. A superior product.

There are some RUclips channels which have live shows and bits of live video, but none if any of this will get a release as Brian wants it to be perfect. Cant see why not as ive got some fantastic sounding 'boots' from 70's and 80's . Boston 76 & 78, or Kampuchea 79, Paris Pavilion,. Im sure the boffins can clean them up, isolate channels, etc. Here's hoping.

i bought it in 2007 on br and yet again. sadly the 4kbr is totally fucked up, only black screen and nothing happens. so sad because i was really looking forward to this. this is not the quality queen always had.

See the Hammersmith show firbthe real band. No disco(mfort).
Maybe they are waiting for the others members of the band to completely retired or dies to putt the shows together, and instead to to showcase Freddie, present as the whole band. Or maybe they are put on the shows the surviving members are doing now with Adam Lambert. Those are fantastic shows with a great amount of technology. Recently made, not that old ones with Freddie trying to eclipse the others bandmates..

nothing new, recycled cardboard box, same mix in the two CD version, they make no effort to present a new product, with a quality presentation, I feel sorry for the people who will buy this and do not realize the theft they are doing.
