Please don't watch " Sinful Passion " from the Dimash official channel for many reasons . The camera work is terrible & you don't get to see him in clear view for almost half the duration of the song if you count the time he's not on screen & there is a glitch and it's very annoying because it ruins the best part of the climax . This song " Sinful passion " is probably the most technically difficult song you'll ever hear and both you and Dimash deserve the best experience . That's why I recommend the Moscow fancam version , it's 4K video which means very very high quality video & it has a close up of his face during the whole song & the audio is very clean and clear throughout the whole thing ( even the crowd goes dead silent after the first 20 seconds or so ) . Loved your reaction and commentary ❤

His magnificent voice will steal your heart and soul with every song he sings. Before singing any song, Dimash has to study the music and the lyrics so he can internalize it into his own soul, and then he gives us, the listeners, this absolutely amazing song, that he sings with his entire mind, body and soul. He was born with talent already, but he put 1000% with harsh training to make it like a rocket. He was trained since 5 years old with classical/ opera. Born talented with wide range of voice than normal people.
With Dimash, you can talk about low notes and high notes, long belting straight notes and long hold note with many riffs and runs, agility averagely from 16-24 seconds with extreme belting or even angelic voice. Chest, mixed, head, whistle.. you name it! He is strong with every thing like vocal techniques and skills. You can talk about his breathy voice, or his vocal fry, yet his whistle is stronger compared to female singer’s whistle.
He is the TRUE TOP TENOR, TRUE BARITONE, TRUE MALE SOPRANO, and TRUE FEMALE SOPRANO.
If you think Mariah Carey, Ariana, etc you name the top vocalists.. then you can watch Dimash’s performaces or compilation of his extreme vocals, you may rethink about who is the real deal vocal monster after his videos. This sounds weird but that is what we believe till now. There must be a reason why millions of audiences and vocal couches considered him “ the best singer on earth with skills and voice, yet so young”.
He is 6 feet 3, look small when stand alone but tall when next to someone. Haha
Enjoy and good luck with Dimash journey!

If so, fairly quickly I'd recommend you do several that highlight ever more differing skills he has - sinful passion, opera 2, ogni pietra Olympico (not the fan cam), hello, adagio, unforgettable day, autumn strong, daididau, daybreak, and two particularly nice videos - Across endless dimensions and Screaming (the video, not the live version). These are just a few and there are many, many more.

I don't understand you guys - SHE IS A VOICE COACH! Yes, no argument whatsoever - the official version of Olimpico is absolutely superior in audio & video quality:
      ruclips.net/video/dkPS6t84qg4/видео.html
But the fancam allows one to study Dimash's vocal technique, every movement of the throat, tongue, mouth - close up. Also the hands, posture, gestures, etc - for the ENTIRE performance. Which means it is actually BETTER for a voice teacher/singer to analyze: ruclips.net/video/8k1AHMxq-0g/видео.html
I see too much of Dears insisting that reviewers only use their preferred versions of Dimash performances, as if the other versions had no value - here, I'm speaking of different performances of the same song. They will say "that version is nothing! This version is 1,000X better!!" Really? You mean Dimash was so bad on 1 gig that he was actually 1,000X better on another?? All of his performances are magnificent, if 1 isn't quite as good as another, it's still phenomenal & has great worth. In this case, it's an inferior recording of the same performance, but as I said has great worth because it allows one to study Dimash in ways that the official concert video does not. For me it would be ideal if vocal coaches REACTED to the performance in the official version, and then ANALYZED the vocal performance close up in the fancam - all in the same reaction video.
Audrey - that's my request! Please react to the 1st link I gave for Olimpico (Ogni Pietra), then analyze the 2nd link in 1 video!! 😊

@@FretsOnFire I don't think anyone has an issue with a voice coach (or anyone else) reacting to the fan cam version AFTER they have seen and heard one of the official versions. It is precisely BECAUSE they are voice coaches that they need to react to one on which they can clearly hear his vocals! I, for one, was horrified and embarrassed the first time I saw and listened to that fan cam version of Olimpico with it's poor audio quality. A person reacting to that one prior to one of the excellent sound quality videos is completely deprived not only of the quality of Dimash's vocals but of the drama surrounding him as he sings. I personally wouldn't care if all the fan cam videos didn't exist at all---but since they do--let's just be diligent in suggesting that reactors react first to an official version and save the fan can version for enjoying at a later date.

@@gdouglas999 I agree, in fact I commented separately to Audrey & requested a video with a reaction to the official video, followed by an analysis of the fancam. I don't think it's necessary to wait till a later date; I think this can all easily be done in a 15-20 minute video. Or do one & follow up next with the other. I still maintain that there are certain things that can only be fully experienced with the closeup coverage the fancam provides. And although the sound is vastly inferior, because it's muddy there are certain bass notes that really resonate with the live sound in the fancam that don't sound the same post production in the official. There are also videos from Dimash Fever & Lucia Sinatra that combine the fan & official vids, with the audio from the official. The Dimash Fever vid includes on-screen subtitles in 4 languages:
      ruclips.net/video/raBHw-zOT5s/видео.html
DIMASH - OLYMPICO Ogni Pietra - Lucia Sinatra: ruclips.net/video/e_kqXH-Nn3I/видео.html
For analysis I think I prefer viewing them separately though. Like a cop examining all the evidence from all angles, I like to see a vocal coach do the same with Dimash, lol. He's a super deep young man with many layers!!

He is 6’3” but some people seem to not believe he is that tall after being told he is 6’3”. I noticed this topic has been brought up so many times under other videos for the past year or so, and I have seen so many debates over it , hence this comment. Here are some facts: he said himself in two interviews that he was 1.91m (6’3”) with no reason to lie, and he was specific with 1.91m , not 1.90 but 1.91m. Look at this pic of him with Nicole Kidman, who is 5’11” , a tall woman but is in heels at this event which makes her over 6’ in this picture but yet Dimash still looks taller: m.facebook.com/dimash.kudaibergen.kz/photos/nicole-kidman/494094270977051/. And most importantly, people literally measured him on stage in China and said he was 1.91m (6’3”). Here is the link to that video: ruclips.net/video/h8wwwadl3z0/видео.html
There are a number of different factors why he looks shorter than he is when he is by himself on stage. I wrote two/three long paragraphs on why that is in previous posts but I won’t repeat myself here. Bottom line is he is 6’3” and there are so many proofs for it including the ones I gave above, but yes, sometimes he looks shorter than he actually is when standing alone on stage, which is why his height usually becomes a topic in comments every now and then.

Everyone who says their height most likely is giving their height taken without being barefeet anyway. Also he is wearing converse, not adidas sneakers with thick soles or timberland boots. His posture or the way he is holding his head during it would make more of a difference in the measurement than the sole of a Converse shoe. So, stop picking on little things like that. He is 6’3”. Period. Otherwise you will have to nitpick EVERY single celebrity’s height out there because I guarantee you most, if not all, of them give their heights taken with some sort of flat shoes on. Again, posture makes more of a difference in that moment than very thin sole of a converse shoe.

It is you who is concerned about it and feels the need to mention “but he is wearing shoes” and is bothered when people just say he is 6’3” becsuse every single time you make this shoe comment in replies, which is unnecessary because almost everyone is measured with flat shoes on, I guarantee you that. Even if that is not how YOU measure yourself. You may measure yourself barefeet with no socks on, that is great but most people don’t do that , so all those heights out there are not done barefeet. You would have to nitpick every height of every single celebrity out there then. So, don’t... Let it go. A converse shoe may give 1 cm but if he is not perfectly standing straight that posture can take 1 cm away too so it would cross each other and be even. My point was we can never EXACTLY know any celeb’s height unless we literally measure them ourselves. So stop nitpicking about the “shoes”. Please

He does this a lot, most notably in Love Is Like a Dream, where he waits a full measure after the intro before he comes in with a deep vocal fry that's just as much speaking as it is singing. Greetings to the owner and guests of this channel…! And my heartfelt gratitude to the reactors worldwide and commentators of this channel for your great help and service, so that artists can improve and or develop their talents and gifts at their best in order to serve better the listening public.
I still browse the music videos of Dimash from time to time to see what still store in there. I’m just wondering how much effort and strength Dimash had invested into it and to reach such a powerful voice and the many other talents that he had. Indeed it is really a great work. How he was able to develop such a heights of his talents is really admirable and worth learning. And it is much more beautiful because he sang it by heart, naturally and at his heart’s content with joyful disposition.
The discipline, dedication and high ideals in pursuing his career the best he can is worth imitating not only in our individual professional fields but also in living our day to day life. Hope his viewers worldwide especially the young will learned from his optimistic views in pursuing his professional fields to the optimum level especially his confidence, creativity and perseverance. His labors and hard work are now indeed bearing fruits in abundance. And so my heartfelt congratulations to Dimash and his family and all others who supported him all the way through as a musician. For me as a listener it counts a lot the personal disposition of the artist and the content of its music.
The power and beauty of his voice is so incredible even at his lowest and highest notes. Also the fact that, he is able to sing his music at maximum or more than 6 octaves with ease and comfort in different languages and in various voices is really amazing. But some others also cannot handle and cannot even believe the power, the strength and the heights of his voice…and they said oooh… is Dimash human..? Alien..?
I think It’s just a natural reaction that people wonder and probably surprise by it or cannot even believed it at all, it’s because it is beyond human expectation. But I believed and I’m convinced that Dimash 21 year’s cultivation of his voice and talents is no tricks and no magic at all; though he is gifted by God with grace for music but his years of hard work of practice and experiences proved it to us and to the world … that indeed it is possible.
My other concerns whenever I listen to music is that, I usually ask: WHAT MESSAGE THIS MUSIC BRINGS ..? TO THE WORLD..? TO PEOPLE..?
Although Dimash music are very good, full of content and meaning but I like most this music, because for me it speaks a message of truth, values and realities of human life. I feel that, it is not just enough to give my thumbs up to like this music, but I’m deeply moved to share something more about the richness and deeper meaning of it.
With due respect to the composers, writers and singers of these music for whatever their purpose and intention would be, will always take precedence. The thoughts that I will be sharing below about these music is only the fruits of my personal reflections based on the things that I highly valued and on how I perceived it myself and the message of this song that reaches out to me.
To all the readers my great apology for this lengthy piece. If you think these are all helpful you can share it to others as you please, I do really appreciate it. Or maybe you might have a different reflection experience of this music than mine; you can always revisit this music or other music of Dimash on line. Your personal critique to this comments are always valuable.
SONG OF DIMASH IN FRENCH “S.O.S D’UN TERRIEN EN DETRESSE” (Ester Rabi’s Commentary & Reflection on this song (Ref CCC): I like this music because it reminds me the Truth, Realities and Precariousness of Human Life particularly Suffering and Death)
STORY BEHIND THE SONG : The song is from French Rock Opera called Starmania. Originally it was sung by Daniel Balavoine who had a sudden death in a helicopter accident in 1986, who is known of his beautiful voice. Later, it was covered by Gregory Lemarchal, a young French singer who inspired Dimash to sing “SOS d'un terrien en detresse” who at all odds won the 4th series Reality TV Program Star Academy, despite his failing health and became an overnight success in France but had a shorter career, for he died young with his unusual illness of Cystic Fibrosis in 2007 at the age of 23. Recently it was unbelievably covered by Dimash and from time to time Dimash sung it in memory of his great friend Denis Ten an Olympic figure skater from Kazakhstan who was stabbed after a dispute with people who allegedly tried to steal a mirror from his car in his home city of Almaty. He died of massive blood loss from multiple wounds at the age of 25 in 2018. “S.O.S D’UN TERRIEN EN DETRESSE” means in a sad lyrics says … “a soul’s plea for help or an earthly being in distress” because it is a human being who is in anguish searching for the absolute.
Suffering and death is one of the realities of human life. It is important that we should know the basic truth about it, so that it will not cause us fear and distress in our human life’s , but rather to remind us all of our ultimate destiny as people of faith.
For me, there are 3 kinds of suffering we experienced in life: 1st suffering that God allows, 2nd suffering which is the results of our own choices and decisions and 3rd is the suffering which is cause by other people to us. In whatever forms of suffering we are experiencing, know that, if it is discerned well it will gain us eternal merit. Note that, it is not important how much and how long we suffer, or who cause us to suffer, but how is our attitude towards it when it comes into our life…? All of these three can be an opportunity of grace that we will grow in virtue, when we accept it with humility, discernment and faith in God.
Our usual human tendency is, if we can, we try to avoid any kind of pain and suffering in our life. However we can’t deny also that life is mixed up of many learning experiences both in joys and in difficulties and I supposed we need it both, because it contributes and helps us mature and grow in many aspects of life. Suffering and death may seem contrary to our own human thinking or world’s way of thinking but in it, there’s a certain wisdom which is richer and deeper that no one can fully understand. Suffering reminds us the real fact that we are all fragile human beings; that we are limited and we are not God.
Sufferings are human reality and consequences of sin that affects us all. It helps us see the real worth and value of things and meaning in life. Likewise, if we are open to grace it helps us become vulnerable, sensitive and compassionate to others. It sharpens our awareness that this earth is not our permanent and true home. We should remember that we are only strangers and pilgrims on this earth” as Saint Paul reminded us that “our present sufferings are nothing to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed to us later.
Suffering purifies and refines us of any life’s superficiality into an authentic one. Though no one really is actively searching for suffering in his / her life, but honestly truth compels us to admit that sufferings do have a great value in our life and by experiencing it personally in reality, you will never be the same person. The hope of heaven gives us joy even in the sufferings of this life. In God’s plan, human beings were created for holiness and eternal life with him. But through the original sin that enters human lives, our nature has been wounded, and is now subject to suffering and death. This was not part of God’s original plan, but now is already part of our human lives reality.
Death for us is a frightening mystery because we are being stripped off of all our attachments to this world; our body lies corrupt; our immortal soul goes to meet the Lord. We will see the whole truth of our lives, and we will face God’s judgment. Death creates in us a feelings and emotion of fear, separation, sadness and pain. Many times we evade this reality and we try to question and even argue with God why…? But all our efforts failed because whether we like it or not at the end, we all die. Death comes in our life anytime anywhere. No material things, good health, young age can guarantee of its extension. The truth is… in front of death we are all poor and powerless.
If this life were the only one we had, death would definitely be the great tragedy. But In God’s plan, however, death is not the end of everything, but the border that enables every human being to enter the endless place of eternity. For all those who have done their best to respond to God’s grace, to die is to cross from an imperfect type of existence into a new and fuller life lived in God’s presence. Often we feel the greatest misfortunes, when death struck in a person, depriving him or her greatest treasures a person can possess which is life itself. Death is such a peaceful event in our life, if we die in the state of grace, meaning if we died reconciled with God and at peace with others.
Death is the end of our earthly life. Since it is unknown to all of us, the time of our death, therefore, it is best that we should prepare at all times. Please kindly react to Dimash Kudaibergen - ACROSS ENDLESS DIMENSIONS original video: ruclips.net/video/9efIWFhD8a4/видео.html .Thanks indeed for this beautiful reaction video a piece of music sung by Dimash and for your great service to us.
