Wow, I was actually born in Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean, a region in the French speaking part of Canada. Chicoutimi was the closest "big" city from my home village, I've never hear of it being famous for its apple cider, I was quite surprised to discover there's a song about it.

Doing research on this song, it turns out Joli Rouge refers to a cidery company from Chicoutimi, Quebec, France. One of their drinks is called 'Dreadnought Cider'. Also, apparently, it's a diss track (sort-of) against mass-produced ciders (it mentioned Magners and Strongbow). At least that is what it has been described on their Bandcamp website.
