If you have high blood pressure and are supposed to reduce salt, what do you do about having POTS and suppose to add salt?

I’d look into something called the DASH diet. A diet that can lower blood pressure without restricting salt ;) you’ve got this!

You would be constantly spiking your blood sugar, if you are eating lots of small meals. I eat 2 smaller meals a day, and maybe 1 snack.

Thanks for your comment. I’ve been a diabetes educator for over a decade and I can tell you eating small frequent meals will not spike blood sugar if you do it right.

Thanks for your comment. I agree I don’t live with it but I do work with individuals living with it. I’m always trying to learn. What don’t I understand?
