Solid list to be honest, but i think its missing Trails from Zero and trails to Azure. Honestly i wonder how far Unicorn Overlord would have made it into this list. What an amazing game.
My Favorite JRPG on the Switch are: 1. Persona 5 Royal 2. Persona 4 Golden 3. XenoBalde Chronicles 3 4. XenoBlade Chronicles Definitive Edition 5. Fire Emblem Three Houses All of These Games are in My Top 10 VideoGames and of All Time
@@devilsolution9781 xeno3 has much bigger budget, I’d recommend getting that one if you want to have a good experience from start to finish Neo Twewy is more on the double AA side, and I like it for its fast paced combat and very personal themes, while Xeno3 is just more polished and better for a bigger audience
@@ShenMerrick I think that's because Nintendo makes more money keeping exclusives on their handheld console, no one would buy switch 2 when steamdeck 2 comes and their exclusive are on PC
HUGE agree, Zero and Azure are must plays. I bought all of CS & Reverie on PS5 since CS 1 & 2 aren’t on Switch, but it immediately became my favorite series of all time.
Octopath Traveller has been on PC for years, not a Switch exclusive. Console exclusive perhaps but that's not even a thing, it's either exclusive or it's not.
For the Guys who misunderstand the talk about Octopath traveler: it was at release just be able for switch and 6 month later (i guess) for pc and the other consoles
@@Cakalank no one calls monster hunter a JRPG 😂 sorry but I've been in the community since the first Monster Hunter game... no one ever called MH a JRPG. I arent aren't a JRPG just because u are made in Japan and defined as a RPG 😅
I'm glad someone else out here knows how overrated DQ11 is. I tried to get into that game two times but man it's so boring and the characters are predictable. The musical score is weak as well. I got to the port level with the kid who lost his voice and I just lost interest. I ended up giving it to my brother in hopes he can enjoy it. I think the standards are low nowadays. I'll even say the same that Sea of Stars is overrated. Except I stuck to that one and beat it. It was ok, but it wasn't anything spectacular. I agree with the majority of his picks, but I'm surprised Ys 8 is not on here.

Trails is pretty much one piece, it's takes a lot of time to get into worldbuilding, but once you get into it, you're hooked for life

Nah, Dragon Quest 11 is one of the best jrpgs ive played in the last 5-7 years. Xenoblade is fine, but dq11 is just too good

Agree ! Xeno 3 was the most boring rpg i have ever played and it was long af...
