that is what i keep telling my wife. she likes the penny slots, i guess because saying penny slot is less intimidating than dollar slot. lol. but i keep telling her, if you hit 100 credits on your penny slot, you win a buck. if you hit 100 credits on the dollar slot, you win $100. a huge difference in reaction when you play dollar slots. lol thank you for another great video.
Great info! Overtime I had learned what you talked about. The odds and payouts are relative to what you bet on what type of machine. Some people feel they need to bet big but I found that betting what you can afford to loose. If you go home wih more than you came with you are a winner. Have fun.
I have hit more jackpots of $3k and higher on higher denom machines $1 and higher than on any other machines. The most I've ever won on a 1cent machine is $1100 but I hit small bonuses on 5-6 diferent machines(That was extream luck). So Cowboy Slots is absolutly correct. I even hit 4 progressives 4 days in a row playing $45 a spin. I loss the most on 1 cent machines for 2021. I kept track for tax purposes and the losses were 1cent machines($8K) Was still up $22k for 2021. Great video!
You're right cowboy!! Since watching your video I have hit within 5 spins after several people on different machines won and left their machine. I feel endebted to you thank you . My first hand pay was after watching someone win $5k on black diamond and leave after she played a few back up spins. A few spins after i sat down I won on her machine. Thanks I'll always be grateful you made the videos

Just found you channel a few days ago and I've been going through your videos. Being a so-so slot player for YEARS I'm learning a lot!! Thank you for sharing your knowledge. Just a comment on your payouts for penny slots vs. High Limit slots. To get a payout on a $5.00 machine it only takes 240 times your bet. However on penny slot where you bet .60 a pull, it takes 2000 times your bet so the payouts would be way more often on a larger denomination machine than a penny slot. If you bet enough even 'Cherries' would be a 'Hand Pay'. Not a negative comment, just some clarity for other folks.
Really enjoy your channel, I did not realize it but I play for entertainment and have come to the same conclusion as you describe in your videos. have learned a lot about the regulations and class two and class three machines. appreciate you and keep up the fine job!
Keep up the great information!!! It encourages me to play smarter and make sound decisions in the casino but in all knowing you can still lose a bundle because the odds are never in your favor!!! Great video and look forward to more!!! Aloha!!!
Great advice! I learned so much that I did not know in comparison to the penny machines and the 5 dollar slots...I need to start playing the 5 dollar slots. Thank you
Your video mentioned the free play or promo money bets are not recognized the same way as a cash bet. I wonder does a combined promo and cash bet, give an advantage ? Such as a $10 cash bet and $10 promo, for one $20 total spin.
This raises even more questions! How much normalization is done? Say for a new machine can I expect to see wider swings due to a smaller sample size vs an older machine that is more likely to be close to its statistical average?
When he said the "machine corrects itself" I think he meant the math will work itself out. Smaller sample sizes mean higher variance. For example it is extremely unlikely flipping a coin in a trial of 5 will yield a closer 50/50 outcome than a trial of 50,000
You mentioned in an earlier video about watching for patterns. Here is my question - once you see the patterns, continue to play and (hopefully) the big payout that the patterns pointed to occurs - how much longer do you usually play the machine? Or, do you get off the machine immediately? If you continue to play the machine, do you do a particular number of backup spins or do you watch for patterns again? Thanks for the incredibly informative and helpful videos!
@@CowboySlots Thanks for the insight! I tend to not do a ton of backup spins after large jackpots either so I’m glad to hear I’m not alone! Can’t wait to see your next vid - they are all so helpful!!
Here is another way to look at it - assume that the machine has 100 numbers that it can possibly generate. Let's say the machine is required to have a win rate for the gambler of 85% over the life cycle of the machine/software. They will take lets say 20-30 of those 100 numbers and attach the amount you win to them with some having a return of much less than your bet, some being pretty close to your bet, some being just getting your bet back, some being a little more than your bet and then some that are a lot more than your bet. They will then run simulations on a computer on how the random generator would do over the course of thousands, hundreds of thousands and millions of spins and if it works out the way it needs to they role with it. If it doesn't work the way they want, they adjust the numbers until it does and off they go. Obviously this is a simplification because it's much more complex with machines having much more than a 100 numbers it can generate along with other scenarios being built in but this is essentially how it works. Also for those machines that have progressive that say something along the line of "Must hit before $500", that doesn't mean your odds are even better when the amount is at $380.55 versus when it starts at $250.00. It just means that throughout the entire run of bets before the progressive hits $500 the random number generator will at MINIMUM land on the winning number for the progressive at least 1 time. Now if for some unknown reason somebody stands up when the progressive is at $499.93, you can be rest assured you'll hit the $500 if you sit down and start betting in a very short amount of time. Edit: Also - NEVER go to casinos and play slots thinking/believing you will win money. You should always go for entertainment and entertainment alone and be completely happy to lose whatever you bring to gamble with. I also take a massive issue with your penny machines are a farce comment and you are paying out jackpots every 10 minutes in the high stakes room. Well of course people who are betting 50 cents are not going to be hitting hand pays left and right, that would require a minimum of 2,400 times their bet hit to accomplish that. Paying out people who are betting $50 a spin even a $10,000 jackpot would be only 200 times their bet so technically a person betting 50 cents hitting a $100 win would be considered a jackpot all things considered. It's all about what your jackpot win was divided by what your bet is, if you aren't above 500 times your bet than it isn't anything special because you can EASILY spin more than 500 times in less than 30 minutes.
This is an informative Channel... I know some gamblers that believe when a casino has an 89% guaranteed payback rate that they can't lose more than $11 during their casino visit... very naive of them...
We need more videos dude!!!! Please 😂 I’m not a slot player, I play strictly poker and very little roulette but I may switch it up based on your words. Last night and this morning I’ve learned A LOT!
Wait to learn more, but learn first that there is zero way to win longterm with slots. Agree to give yourself the best chance to lose less longterm is to arm yourself with as much information as possible. Slots are a casinos biggest money maker for a reason. Play for fun without expectations.
This is great content. No, thank you so much for sharing this very important information, especially to the slot players of the world. We appreciate you.
I am so glad you created this channel --really great insight and tips into slots. I have one suggestion and that has to do with something you mentioned in this video --"skill machines". I had no clue what you were talking about. My attention stuck on what that means. So, I stopped your video and did the old google search. I found skill-based machines, which is what I'm sure you were referring to; and I now know what you were talking about. My suggestion is NOT that you dumb-down the terminology for some of us BUT that you give a 5-second, or so, definition of what you're talking about. Thanks again for the superb content. And I have sent your channel's link to several people who love slots as much as I do.
Cowboy: my topic is Cleopatra II. She’s a cold witch to me. Many dead spins. One time I did get into the feature and won a whopping $14 after 8 frees spins, betting high limit $5 a spin. So disappointing. A few more spins after the bonus I hit a line hit for 100x=$500 so I don’t totally hate her. Here’s the more interesting part: a friend of mine regularly plays Cleo II. Always on the same penny machine with a max bet of 400 credits=$4 per spin. I recently saw him win $1300 from the feature, and $700 the week before. He told me he has had handpays ($1200 or more) 12 or 13 times in the last couple of years. Yes I do believe it and have seen evidence of several handpays. What he does is, he stops the wheel when he sees the special characters appear at the top of the screen. The sphinx with a pink outline - 3 of those and you get the feature. Stopping the spin really does work for him, at least that’s my opinion and his as well. What say you?
Finally someone who answered my question about how it is balanced. Others would explain about the RNG but never say that it WILL at one point CHOOSE to pay out. THANK YOU 🙏
This is both because 1. You bet higher amounts so when you do win you will get a jackpot. 2. Because of the higher amount your are putting in per spin ($5-$100) these machines usually are set to pay out better to keep you playing in the high limit area for longer.
LOL I remember years ago my buddy and I were trying to write a random-number-generator program in Visual Basic. He got it... I didn't. But it was fun. thanks man for these videos... You're the casino STUD.
Hi I am so happy I found your channel. You have some great information. I do have a question about stopping the spin... What is your thought about the [program /random] outcome when you manually stop the reels? Is the outcome the same? My dad loves playing the dragon link games and literally stops the spins rather than letting it play out. They stop on a dime which makes me think it is not predetermined outcome.
Still catching up on all your videos. This one is awesome. I have a friend that has amazing luck. When I say she wins almost every time she goes to a casino, I'm talking $300-$2000. She wins it all on penny slots. When I go with her, I lose on the same games. But now I know better. Can't wait til I get to a casino again.
Mr. Cowboy; I just wanted to give you a shoutout, and a humble thanks. You seem to know the industry and inner workings of the machines. Even though I realize it's a losing proposition in the long term, every possible edge a player may gain through your knowledge could be the difference between winning and losing on a peculiar day. Thanks again, and keep up the good work. Sorry, one question. I've seen videos that say the volume is connected in some way to the jackpot potential, seems very hard for me to believe, but I'll ask you.
It is true that on quite a few of the newer video slot games that they increase the chance of hitting a jackpot by about 8.2% if you have the sound up all the way. The logic with that is that the manufacturer knows that when the sound is up all the way and a sizable line hit or jackpot is won then people nearby or walking past will hear the sounds and turn to look. That then psychologically makes them more likely to play machines they see others winning large amounts and jackpots on. Casinos will obviously order their new games/machines from whichever gaming company has the games that receive the most play in their casino. So the reasoning behind increasing the odds is all about increasing the amount of play the machine gets. It is a big money business so more play equals more money for the house, plus it’s more likely the casino then orders more games from that maker. The whole thing is cyclical.
I never gave any advice, so I’m not sure how you’d take something that wasn’t given. I did answer a question about volume impacting jackpots, but it in no way is advice of any kind. 🙄🤷♂️
Same as me, I only play penny machines if I just want to pass some time and have a bit of fun. If I'm going for jackpots, I will go with $0.10 or higher denom. In why whole time at casinos (all of them tribal ones), I've only hit one taxable jackpot on a penny machine, but on other machines that were $0.10 denom or higher, I've hit probably 7 taxable jackpots.
Question... You said in a previous video that on multi denomination slots changing denoms is like switching machines...what about just changing your bet?
So when they change out the machines game to a new one every six months to a year it would be possible for machines to get switched out before it ever cycles threw. Unless the generator is in the cabinet board and not the program of the game. Sound right????
Really glad I found your channel these videos are super informative! The main thing I was wondering about was what you've mentioned about Penny machines and always doing max bet. I usually stick with penny machines on lowest bets mainly because I get to use my budget to play more games. I also figure it makes sense mathematically since more tries = more chances for "something" to happen (even if it's not a massive win), versus taking that same money and betting it all on one chance... I've also seen that sometimes on machines all the higher bets do is just increase progressives or multiply your wins, with no indication of increased odds.... I don't know if you've mentioned it yet in other videos but would you be able to do a breakdown of when and why max bets and higher denominations actually have higher odds?
This makes sense, when you go to the slots and you see the same machine and player hit back to back to back in the same seating. I hit the progressive on quick hits old school for $5500 and change. Took a break came back put $100 in the machine. Third pull in, I hit the 3 quickhits on the line for 50k.
Thanks for taking your time to help people understand how things work with slots. It's been my understanding that what we see on the screen is the result of what the RNG stopped at. Could you offer up an explanation to why ( for example ) when you land two bonus symbols on a spin , more than likely the next spin will have the ONE MORE !!! you missed on the previous spin. I have seen this so many times and feel that this might be a tell of sorts , you know like , hot or cold machine coming up?
Can you explain the two lights on the top? What does it mean when it’s solid red? Or blinking yellow? Should you play a slot that is lit up with either?
The light on top is called the candle. The candle is used to signal the floor or surveillance to various things going on with the machine. Today, its more an iconic decoration as most casinos use an electronic system to notify employees rather than them having to rely on looking for the lights. Here are some of the most common reasons you may see the candle illuminated in the casino: - Solid: This means customer assistance, someone pushed the service/attendant button - Single light Flashing: Paper low, door was recently opened, error message, bill jam - Both lights flashing: Jackpot/Handpay
Question: When hitting or not hitting, does cashing out and putting $ back in have any effect on the machine in any way? Can it kill a winning streak-improve if not hitting-or cause a payout rate to be effected due to computer computation or logging the payout(or non-payouts streaks) at the time of cashing out?
Can you tell us how a machine balances itself out without there being some way it is not controlled by some technique that could actually adjust wins and losses? If it has to meet a certain percentage of payback, how can it do that without controlling wins and losses? How can it still be random? If it can be regulated can it not be controlled?
Think of a slot machine as a 6 sided die. That die is a random number generator limited to 6 numbers that can randomly hit, this is the math of the game. With that math all the possible probibilties can be determined and there for is controled and makes it able to be regulated. Of course the amount of sides 'combinations' are part of this math and takes a mathematition to designe the software/game and test the outcomes to identify the control. This is then turned over to an independent lab usualy GLI (name of actual lab) for extensive testing to insure it meets the regulations set in place. When it passes the game /program is released with supporting paper work that shows its compliance to the regulations and pay out probabilities for the casino to use and the specific jurisdiction regulators to verify. This is the short and sweet of this process. Hope this helps.
I played that old Lion slot machine that was at the MGM that did not pay the top jackpot for many years. Everytime I was there I did, just because it was a cool machine. I have always wanted to go back and see if they still had that icon machine, even if just for display. Always played a one arm bandit one in Searchlight also. But alas it has been relegated to their local museum. Was fun to play
This must hit by is also a specific 'pay out' cowboy was referring to. What that means it is a high volatility game 'more hits but lower win per hit' hope that helps.
Please remind people who think that you can win more on a slot machine by NOT playing with a players card that the players card has no effect on whether you win or lose. .Thanks ! Some people are hard to convince.
Would be interested in a video on the Class II bingo-based games. Since I play in OK and most of the tribal compacts with the state allow the tribes to share less revenue with the state on the class II machines, we have a LOT of class II machines. You mentioned in a previous video that you like Stacey's Hi limit slot channel and she plays in OK a lot also. You may have seen her play the VGT branded machines. Those are all class II. Thanks!
Have a question where is your favorite place in Vegas to play. Been going for 30 years my jackpots have been at Excalibur, circus, and downtown fremont. Oh miss the Rivera won many times there.
I understand the machine has to pay out the legal percentage over its lifetime...so if a machine was taken off the casino floor after a month or 2 and it was at a 70 percent payout up to that point then is that a loophole for casinos to get around the legal payout percentage...thanks and great channel by the way
I talked to a guy once about this and for progressives they kept a nickel machine until the progressive finally paid. It was a nickel machine and required 4 nickels to pay the progressive but it kept hitting when players only put in 1-2 nickels. Of course this was a long time ago so it might be different now.
Gaming commission runs a simulation on the lifetime payouts to check for spec. It is OK if they pull a machine unless it's a progressive. In Vegas in must be hit or transferred b4 the machine is removed. As he said, every jurisdiction could be different though. I asked about this when I worked in Ohio but never got an answer. They pulled a Michael Jackson progressive without transferring the progressive. Hmmmm.
The reason why there are more jackpots won in the high limit room is because a higher bet will trigger your $1200 on a med size win. At $100 a spin, every win is over $1200. Go figures.
If the tribes and states regulate the casinos profit margin by controlling the percentage that each machine pays out, how could the machines be random number generators if the machines are constantly balancing themselves out? At that point, wouldn’t the machine have to know certain combinations of numbers to throw out in order to be able to balance the dollar amount out so that the machine remained within the profit/loss margin percentiles for these “tribes” and “states”?
I sure wish you had gone into more detail about the class 2 versus the class 3 machines. I hope goggle can break it down for me. I appreciate your info
Who do we petition to raise the amount of a taxable jackpot? When someone plays high limit slots a $1,200 "jackpot" happens quite frequently... I think what qualifies as a handpay is quite antiquated... maybe what qualifies as a handpay should depend on the amount of money being wagered...
Agreed. I play high limit slots(you can watch my videos on my channel) and I get handpays everytime I go to the casino. They should raise it to at least $10k
Since the machines have to even out to a certain percentage over the "life" of the machine, which could be a couple years i would think, who audits them to verify that they in fact are within the legal limit? That's a lot of slots in just one casino and sometimes they will lease or purchase a whole bank of them at once. other question, when different casinos get machines from other casinos, for instance, Cosmo had a machine (Micheal Jackson) that came from the Cromwell, but was first in Ballys. The floor board still said Bally's on it at the Cosmo. Do they reset the machine to "start" when it changes casinos?
How long is a "programmed life"? I would think the amount of time in that life would matter when it comes to how the balancing works. Is there a set start and end to the programmed life?
Whatni try to tell people is don't focus on winning jackpots focus on the x win say you're playing $5 a spin and you get a line hit for $50 but the person beside you is $50 a spin and gets a line hit for $500 well that looks like a big win when in reality it's the same win they are both a 10x win it's all in perspective. Don't sit there and say I never hit a handpay but so-so always hits 1 well hopw much are you betting? If you're betting 5 and hit for 500 and so-so is betting 15 and hits for 1500 the both of you just hit for the same thing 100x win the difference is the amount you're betting
You mentioned cash being accounted for in a way that free play is not registered. Is there a difference between playing cash or playing on your cash out voucher??
Hey there, been watching and learning for a few weeks on your Chanel, how to I find online what percentage payout slots are at Indian casinos in southern cal? It seems they are all very tight lipped about payout percentages, which is rule number 2 for you 😊
I never can figure it out why bonus and banking machines are ignored, there are machines you can win on every single day if you hang in the casino and wait for the machine to be set up to hit.
This is more a question on the racinos in New York State that have VLTs and ETGs that operate like 'scratch off' games. Are the suggestions that you give in your 7 part series regarding slots applicable to these Class 2 type of machines, or are they only applicable to slot machines that use a RNG? Although the racinos have Class 2 machines I understand the window for payback percentages as set by the State is quite reasonable and compares well with the Class 3 establishments in Vegas and AC. Thanks.
If a machine program has to balance itself within the life span of the machine how long is that? Some machines have been on the casino floor for 20 yrs? Do they reset the program yearly or something like that? Thanks and thanks for your insider backed educational help. Drew
That's crazy you live in WY, me too these skill games are thieves! Thieeeeves I tell you!!! Better to go to Fort Hall or Riverton and just drop a pile at once on real machines. Great info, as good as it gets for advice just found your channel
So the rng percentage is over the life of the machine. That says to me the machine could pay out very little for the first year then they take the machine out.
So true David. My local casinos swap out machines faster then 1 year, sometimes within months. Surely if the game is leased, it would then be returned to the manufacturer, which means the manufacturer is well aware of the lifespan and must now factor that into the mix. Think "varying lifetimes" capable of meeting the casino's needs very quickly. Whose to say that some games aren't designed to return all of the profits a casino needs in a brief amount of time? Impossible? Hardly, I'd be willing to bet that machine lifetimes have been programmed to be whatever time is requested by the casino, after all players are always looking for something new.
The balancing (life cycle) of a game/software can be 6 months to 6 years. If you see a game leave the floor quicker it's because the guest aren't playing it enough witch means it's not making any money for the guest or the casino. If the game is leased it would leave that much faster for the same reason on top of paying lease fees. By dodo game lol hope that helps.
Question: As machine balances out over its lifetime, how far above or below its stated payout percentage may it vary? Example: If % is 90 payout, can it drop to 50% or go over 100% as it continually balances? Thank you!
I'm a computer programmer, so I understand how RNGs work. What I don't know is: what do they determine? Is it the reel position? Or is it the payout? In other words, once the RNG has figured the random number, does that determine the reel position which, in turn, determines the payout? Or does the random number determine the payout, and then the slot machine moves the reels to make that payout happen? Can you tell me which is it?
Need to know about these class 2 video poker machines or bingo machines. How long have they had these machines. They look identical to class 3 how can you spot them. Whats the tells. I know they run off servers and payout schedule has nothing to do with return percentage of machine.
I use to go to Chumash in Santa Yanez, I've walked around that casino for hours, and not see 1 hand pay, I'm aware of these so called regulations, but I'm truly convinced they rig them not to pay! Sorry thats my opinion, I been beat up so much, I quit going

Such as a $10 cash bet and $10 promo, for one $20 total spin.

When he said the "machine corrects itself" I think he meant the math will work itself out. Smaller sample sizes mean higher variance. For example it is extremely unlikely flipping a coin in a trial of 5 will yield a closer 50/50 outcome than a trial of 50,000

@@CowboySlots Thanks for the insight! I tend to not do a ton of backup spins after large jackpots either so I’m glad to hear I’m not alone! Can’t wait to see your next vid - they are all so helpful!!
@green eyed Di got to at least give it 2 or 3 spins after a jackpot hit...just in case!! But then move on!...
Where does one find the local regs for Indian casino s?
That’s funny 😆
We need more videos dude!!!! Please 😂 I’m not a slot player, I play strictly poker and very little roulette but I may switch it up based on your words. Last night and this morning I’ve learned A LOT!
Wait to learn more, but learn first that there is zero way to win longterm with slots. Agree to give yourself the best chance to lose less longterm is to arm yourself with as much information as possible. Slots are a casinos biggest money maker for a reason.
Play for fun without expectations.
I play slots ONLINE. Way more profitable, in my opinion over the last four years.
Love this slot channel!! So much information from a pro!
This is great content. No, thank you so much for sharing this very important information, especially to the slot players of the world. We appreciate you.
Glad it was helpful!
It’s a beautiful thing that you can pause the video, go do research and come back to where you left off.
Love this! Thank you so much! Best advice I've heard in years. Best of luck with your channel.
You are so welcome!
@@CowboySlots You are so humble to offer this advice for free. I actually paid 250 dollars for slot techniques, what a waste. You are my hero!
Watching another fun movie on your channel today..Let's do this ..Hi Ho Silver...Let's do it..Cheers. PK
Finally someone who answered my question about how it is balanced. Others would explain about the RNG but never say that it WILL at one point CHOOSE to pay out. THANK YOU 🙏
Interesting at the 16 minute mark where you discuss how many jackpots are paid out in the high limit area VS the penny area.
Totally agree. All my jackpots are on 5 10 or 25 dollar slots. Never win on pennies but eats up money.
T
My wife and I play Keno machines exclusively. Could you do a Video on those types of machines? I love your video's
How does the Dragon Link, Lighting Link, and Buffalo Link "Lucky Chance" spins determine a winning spin?
Still catching up on all your videos. This one is awesome. I have a friend that has amazing luck. When I say she wins almost every time she goes to a casino, I'm talking $300-$2000. She wins it all on penny slots. When I go with her, I lose on the same games. But now I know better. Can't wait til I get to a casino again.
Very informative video that I needed to hear about the slots and video poker. Thanks
Please don’t take budds advice, that is easily the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard in my life😂😂😂😂
I never gave any advice, so I’m not sure how you’d take something that wasn’t given. I did answer a question about volume impacting jackpots, but it in no way is advice of any kind. 🙄🤷♂️
Yes!!!!!… I knew Video Poker was the best. Thank You.. I also play $5 blazing 7’s.
I love video keno. I know odds are crap, but I love to play. Have won several 1k plus jackpots over the years. Hope to see a video on this.
Very well explained, thank you Cowboy
Love your game selection behind you some of my favorites
Thank you for all the information it is so useful and very helpful to know how to b a better gambler.
Question... You said in a previous video that on multi denomination slots changing denoms is like switching machines...what about just changing your bet?
Had the very same question! Thanks for asking this! Have the best day! Blessings from WI 🤗😇🙏💙
@@lynnechurch2482 no that does not change the game only the potential amount you may win. Hope that helps.
Answered below.
So it's a better to play one credit on a $5 machine than it is to Max bet $5 on a penny machine?
How fun, Sam! What a great day!
Here are some of the most common reasons you may see the candle illuminated in the casino:
- Solid: This means customer assistance, someone pushed the service/attendant button
- Single light Flashing: Paper low, door was recently opened, error message, bill jam
- Both lights flashing: Jackpot/Handpay
Question: When hitting or not hitting, does cashing out and putting $ back in have any effect on the machine in any way? Can it kill a winning streak-improve if not hitting-or cause a payout rate to be effected due to computer computation or logging the payout(or non-payouts streaks) at the time of cashing out?
No, it's strictly moment in time.(Vegas type slots)
Enjoying your videos! New Sub! Thank you for all the interesting tips and info!
I like your videos you tell the truth on regulations Side . Keep it up
What are your thoughts on machines that say "must hit by" a certain number
These are a perfect example of machines you can always win on , and there are a lot more like them
This must hit by is also a specific 'pay out' cowboy was referring to. What that means it is a high volatility game 'more hits but lower win per hit' hope that helps.
Please remind people who think that you can win more on a slot machine by NOT playing with a players card that the players card has no effect on whether you win or lose. .Thanks ! Some people are hard to convince.
I agree with you but in theory it almost seems that way sometimes.. especially when you're losing lol
@@stevengallant6363 right lol, I been missing out on points, went on a streak of thinking it made me lose more 😅 I lost alot lately without it in

Thanks!
great video keep up the good work, yeah some ppl like think the games for rigged or believe in myths, but dont want to believe in logic or math lol
Well said!
Have a question where is your favorite place in Vegas to play. Been going for 30 years my jackpots have been at Excalibur, circus, and downtown fremont. Oh miss the Rivera won many times there.
I find Aria and Bellagio have the best machine selection
What about multi linked slots that pay out the exact jackpots? Do they have a chip linking them all together?
Thank you for taking time to do these videos this makes so much sense, former Wyomingite :)
You are so welcome!
@@CowboySlots I'm going to think about these tips next time I go to Deadwood

Please elaborate on bingo slots, I live in Oklahoma and that's all that's here. Thank you. Your videos are informative and awesome.
Hmmmm.
Thanks guys really appreciate the info
The reason why there are more jackpots won in the high limit room is because a higher bet will trigger your $1200 on a med size win. At $100 a spin, every win is over $1200. Go figures.
If the tribes and states regulate the casinos profit margin by controlling the percentage that each machine pays out, how could the machines be random number generators if the machines are constantly balancing themselves out? At that point, wouldn’t the machine have to know certain combinations of numbers to throw out in order to be able to balance the dollar amount out so that the machine remained within the profit/loss margin percentiles for these “tribes” and “states”?
Oh swwety. It all depends on how much the machine is played that truly determines the fee balancing
Exactly what I want to know. How can it be RNG if it has to balance itself out. It should be PNG programmed number generator
So if I play lightning link or dragon link at 1$ denom I have the increase in possibility of winning correct
I sure wish you had gone into more detail about the class 2 versus the class 3 machines. I hope goggle can break it down for me. I appreciate your info
I will be doing a whole video on Class II soon
@@CowboySlots I'm excited to see it Thank you so much for doing that
Love your info!👍👍👍👍👍🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
Who do we petition to raise the amount of a taxable jackpot? When someone plays high limit slots a $1,200 "jackpot" happens quite frequently... I think what qualifies as a handpay is quite antiquated... maybe what qualifies as a handpay should depend on the amount of money being wagered...
Agreed. I play high limit slots(you can watch my videos on my channel) and I get handpays everytime I go to the casino. They should raise it to at least $10k
Our wonderful (NOT) IRS has to steal their share ... of our money! We risked it, we should keep 100% of the winnings.
That is why “chasing a jackpot hour after hour” does not always help. Thanks!
This is some great knowledge... Keep doing what you do.
How long is a "programmed life"? I would think the amount of time in that life would matter when it comes to how the balancing works. Is there a set start and end to the programmed life?
Excellent question!
Good question
So far, you are covering Old School slots. Will you soon cover the electronic type; Lock-n-Link, 9 wheel, other Jackpot types?
Planning on it!
Love the video, very informative……thanks!
You mentioned cash being accounted for in a way that free play is not registered. Is there a difference between playing cash or playing on your cash out voucher??
No, a cash out voucher is treated same as cash 💵
Hey there, been watching and learning for a few weeks on your Chanel, how to I find online what percentage payout slots are at Indian casinos in southern cal? It seems they are all very tight lipped about payout percentages, which is rule number 2 for you 😊
Excellent advice!!! Thank you!
Drew
Good job keep up the good work!
Bells and Whistles verses Good Cent. Are bells and whistle machines that go into bonus rounds better than ones that have no bonus?
That's crazy you live in WY, me too these skill games are thieves! Thieeeeves I tell you!!! Better to go to Fort Hall or Riverton and just drop a pile at once on real machines. Great info, as good as it gets for advice just found your channel
Thank you for the guidance my friend keep doing more videos you are the man Señor!!!
@@chrismurray3140 gg
The balancing (life cycle) of a game/software can be 6 months to 6 years. If you see a game leave the floor quicker it's because the guest aren't playing it enough witch means it's not making any money for the guest or the casino. If the game is leased it would leave that much faster for the same reason on top of paying lease fees. By dodo game lol hope that helps.
Question: As machine balances out over its lifetime, how far above or below its stated payout percentage may it vary?
Example: If % is 90 payout, can it drop to 50% or go over 100% as it continually balances? Thank you!
This is covered in another video. Please check the library for more content.
What are your thoughts on the random spinning machines like Haywire?
Those will have slightly lower odds than its other non-respin twins. But still great games to play and they are a lot of fun!
I use to go to Chumash in Santa Yanez, I've walked around that casino for hours, and not see 1 hand pay, I'm aware of these so called regulations, but I'm truly convinced they rig them not to pay! Sorry thats my opinion, I been beat up so much, I quit going
