Pilgrimage can be the largest income producer of India only if the proper road infrastructures are in place. Also it has to be understood that shoes are not allowed inside the temples and proper accommodation must be made for those who are not accustomed to removing their shoes in public places.

You missed the bit where he said it was not a religious mosque but a triumphal mosque. It is that structure which had nothing religious about it. It had to go. The sense of pride is not misplaced. In an ordinary common law court, it is a simple case of tort being made right. Justice in the restoration of what has been destroyed. And no, the preceding structure was built on top of a temple.
You are wrong on so many levels. It has indeed stricken bhakti in everybody overnight. We do everything for ourselves including building temples.
