The fact that lego ideas allows new molds for heads (and hopefully minifigures parts like waist attachments and gloves) combined with the fact that lego dimensions has already got pieces for other characters designed could mean we might get a lego tails and knuckles
Now that lego Sonic Mania will be a thing, there will be a classic Sonic figure. So that means I could finally do my imaginative Lego Sonic Generations with the modern Sonic from Dimensions
I am going to use Sonic the hedgehog lego to make Blythe Baxter and of course the rest of the parts are not Hedgehog on mini figures they can be used for other things.
Starry knight will be one of the greatest ideas sets yet. This past year has shown that these adult, sets are the best things coming out of Lego right now

I hope they update the ideas set with some kind of play feature, IDK having sonic set pieces is cool but I want it to feel like sonic not just look like it. So maybe some sort of launcher or make him able to go around the hoop somehow.
Honestly really dissapointed to see that Avatar wasn’t approved. At least in the summer there’s another Avatar set up for review. I lost a lot of faith though after that one was rejected though.

I think that covered all the "classic era" games and characters? I mean I'd love a sonic 3d blast boss battle set but I doubt that would be done. Based on the rusty ruins knight golem where you can move the hands up and down; or fire a stud launcher from bottom, just like the game.
