Yes SPC is an option but Wood floor is a better option for your problem.

If the SPC flooring is laid over existing tiles, doors can be cut but how will the height differential with bathroom flooring be catered? The bathroom floor would be a few mm lower and we will keep tripping.

@@InteriorDost पैसे भी लगभग स्टोन फ्लोरिंग 3/4 लगते ही है। स्कर्टिंग गैप रह जाता है, वो हमे अपनी तरफ से ही भरना पड़ता हैं । फ्लोरिंग बिठाते समय दरवाज़े, किचन ट्रॉली, वाश बेसिन (अगर फ्लोरिंग माउंट हो) कट करवाना या हटाना पड़ता हैं।
स्क्रेचेस हो जाते हैं कुछ गिर गया तो कट भी होते हैं, रोज साफ करने के बाद भी हर हफ्ते या पंधरा दिन में फर्श पर चिपचिपापन हो जाता है, उसके लिए डीप क्लीनिंग करनी पड़ती हैं । शॉर्ट टर्म के लिए ठीक है,पर पैसों के हिसाब से स्टोन फ्लोरिंग ठिक हैं। कुछ प्रोब्लम आया तो लॉक जिस बाजू से होगा वहा से कहा प्रोब्लम है वहा तक निकालना पड़ेगा। कोन सी कंपनी बिठावो, मटेरियल लगभग सेम आता हैं, सिर्फ टेक्सचर और कलर अलग अलग ज्यादा देखने मिलेंगे। मैने वेलस्पून, एक्शन टेसा और जेडमार्टबिल्ड का देखा था। शुरू में अच्छा लगा, लेकिन जो फील स्टोन और मार्बल में हैं वो इसमें नहीं। 750 sqft मैं मुझे 1.30लाख लगे हैं ट्रांसपोर्टेशन के अलग लगे हैं (,1000sqft से कम होने के कारण
