@@Nova-m8d You could easily wrap it in an 'automotive OEM style wiring harness' or put the whole thing in an enclosure if it really bothered you so much. It's not like you would have it in the middle of your living room or something. My first thought was an enclosure with a thermostat controlled fan but whatever.
1. eve this is grade b battery from alibaba not even close to grade a 2. two or on stud, no matter, inside is the same 3. cell works, moves so the pcb like this is wrong in assumption, but looks very nice,
The Spanish dubbing is too bad, there are translations that don't make sense and sounds that aren't words and it turns them into words, it's too weird.
Kind of weird I feel like this build and design is pretty outdated. Daly really won't work well for these cells it'll never be able to balance and everything.
Why not just buy Eco-worthy 12v 280AH batteries which include a BMS? Its far less expensive especially since they include the cost of shipping. Also far simpler installation. If there is a reason not to I would love to know.
@@jehugarcia The spec'ed cycle count on the Eco-worthy is a bit less (6000 vs 8000 on the EVE cells). Granted the spec sheets are often inaccurate. Have you done any testing with Eco-worthy batteries or used them?

The PCB design looks great but it needs an automotive OEM style wiring harness because all those loose wires look like a hack job.
I'm sure you can cut the excess wire off and clean it up.
@@RTmadnesstoo So it would be a shorter version of the same mess.

More like a dozen different connectors since there’s about they many different bms that can be used and they all have different connectors
@@jehugarciahey Jehu! Been a little while.. have you considered a CAN bus standard for the wiring? (This could diminish the bundle significantly)
Great work! Following you from Africa, Niger
wow this is amazing. i wish there was a pcb for smaller setups - 12v 100ah. it looks a lot cleaner since the bms cables are out of the way.
We need to start doing these together in Australia Sirs……
Theres not that many of us in comparison; but theres a ridiculous amount of us with solar
this would be perfect for a second port for an active balancer ❤❤
Do those cells matter if they are turned around? Can it be mounted on a wall?
They mount them on their side all the time
@@jehugarcia That's great! I've got more wall space than floor space.
How about connectivity to canbus or preferable xanbus (Schneider) ? I'm partial to the XW-Pro inverters ...
Daly BMS supports CAN Bus

Yes we have some on the website

Two Daly failed on me brand new anything from backwards wiring from factory to won’t connect to app
2 of them? Ive yet to see a bad one and we build several products using them
@ I still have them I will try and make a video on them soon hopefully they have gotten better sense mine are a few years old
