Hey can I ask what's the exit in this business? Can you even have an exit?

Great advice and pretty much common sense there also.... Retiring in a couple of years but have the option to leave at any time, have 4 day weekends so I feel I will be better off to transition to full time if business flourishes.

This market is insanely oversaturated with mostly hacks who wouldn't know an f-stop from a bus stop. Mostly novice relatives of realtors to mega media companies having a monopoly, and very clicky especially in my immediate area. I've seen so many brutal photos from surprisingly well established realtor firms. Just mind boggling.
I enjoy the work but I don't see it as work. I put far too much effort into it and got virtually nothing out of it. I'm waiting for my security clearance to come in a couple of months, then I'll more than likely sell most of my equipment.

I almost hope this was intentionally madebto scare off any potential competition this guy could have.. bc if this was fr then it was absolutely ridiculous lmaoo.

This video as well as this channel is only for the purpose to help real estate photographers by discussing some obstacles or challenges that they might face. As for competition, I welcome it. Always healthy to have more of it
