Cool little blasters. But for me the best pocket nerf pistols are the xshot micros, especially after you remove the ar and dart pegs, because then they can take half darts.
Glad you're doing well. Sorry to hear you had Covid. Have you ran into many of those Panthers not catching well? Out of the 6 twin packs I've seen at my DG, 8 of them had issues and two were in the same pack. Stay safe and blessed. Yosh...
I have about 16 of these now, and only one has a hiccup here and there. Most are quite reliable for me so far, so there must have been a run of some bad ones get out, and of course they probably shipped together so a bunch of people in one area suffered. I'll have to note it whenever I chat with Buzz Bee next.
Also, stinks to say it, but this isn't my first go around with Covid, had it back near the beginning of the whole ordeal and both times had a fever around 103, first time for about a week straight, this time for a bit less, but more headaches and weird appetite issues where I went days not wanting to eat, then suddenly wanting to scarf a ton to make up for it, and then back to zero hunger for a couple of days again.
Nice review, these are probably more comparable to the Nerf Snapfire’s form factor, but for the price point, again you’re getting two of these for one Snapfire
Good thing your okay sucks you got covid though. Is there a lighter version of the revolution I've developed arthritis in my right arm and now have trouble supporting the 1902s weight with a loaded mag. Part of the trouble is the 1902s resistant trigger requiring more effort.
If you’re fine with modding, you could try skeletonizing the Revolution’s shell. Making cuts on the magwell, slide, and even places in the grip to take off some plastic.
@@Venator631 Also for the trigger mech, you could try gluing some plastic on the ramp that interfaces the catch to reduce the travel. Going for a hair trigger of sorts.
Hey, MonGoooseJake my buzzbee tek 6 has some problems. First, when I prime my blaster it does not properly catch how do I fix it. Second, I want to take out the pegs on my Tek 6 but mine are different they're not the Phillips head pegs that you normally see on Tek 6 Mine are flathead pegs so what do I do to remove the flat head pegs on my Tex six (by the way really good video) ( also those little blasters really cool)
Without seeing and having the blaster to take apart and diagnose, a catch issue is hard to say. Could be a broken piece on the catch itself, or off the plunger rod, or a post in the shell's inside. As for the dart pegs, I drill mine out and sleeve the cylinder with 17/32 brass, allows you to fire every dart in both full and half lengths.
@@MongooseJakeNerf Hey man sorry that I didn't reply 14 hours ago I just wanted to say I listen to you about taking off the pegs but I think I made it worse. What is your mailing address if you have one? I want to send you my tek six to see what I should have done with my issues with my blaster.
Welcome back sir, and I'm glad you're recovered. You've been missed.
Indeed.
I may need a better scope.

These are just like that, I've got one for personal use that takes full or half darts.
@@MongooseJakeNerf Fair enough. Though the micros are certainly smaller and more concealable. Also pretty darn simple and durable internals as well.
You scared me, with that 3 week siesta! Glad to hear you’re doing better
Thanks, it was my second go with covid, had a 103 degree temp for just under a week.
@@MongooseJakeNerf wow, that’s terrible man. Here’s hoping there’s not a third go!

Thanks Zaka!

Another fantastic review. Thanks for the great videos.
Thanks for always watching Nicholas!

I agree with that perspective, but to me the Snapfire is just a straightened out Jolt with dart holders built in.

Are you located in the US? If so I might have an idea.

Is it solvent Welded? If not, I’m gonna pick up a couple to modify and paint.
Edit: Never mind, this is why you watch the video before commenting
As you've found later it is indeed solvent welded, but not too bad to mod. I use one as my pocket backup myself.
I have the sentry &the clash combat and I like those a lot (small w/greater capacity)
The Gem is my go-to small backup, but I do also keep one of these on me typically.
Nice review, MONGOOSE! Thanks
Thanks Tim!
