We use similar techniques, I like to start a kit and separate the pieces that come and make them myself, but the degree of perfection you have is amazing in the smallest pieces. I don't have the thread making machine and I would like to, when I have a break I will see how you have built it and if I can make it too. Perfect work as always

Thank you very much for your kind words😊
As for the rope making machine, I'm glad you're interested in learning more about it.
Keep up the excellent work on your projects too!

Just found your channel and have been learning lots. Can you tell me where you found the rope making machine? Also why do you wax the ropes?

      Thank you for watching!
I applied wax to prevent fraying, but since DMC materials hardly fray, I hardly do it anymore.
The machine is homemade, so it is not for sal
      😓

Just tuned in for the first time on your channel and this looks massively promising! First time to I see two fenders on a historical ship model of that type and I was exactly looking for some sources about the type and construction of these fenders Would you have any? They make the scale models so much come to life.
