Brandy has really become what Whitney was to her and so many of the young vocalists coming up behind her. However Brandy has become that in both acting and singing. Even Issa Rae was inspired by Moesha to start a career in acting/writing. There’s just so many who list Brandy as their inspiration for acting & singing. Whitney knew Brandy’s impact before Brandy truly knew herself. 🫶🏾✨
I love how this story and world of "descendants" has evolved. Although I am a disney channel boy through and through, this franchise started just after I aged out so I know enough and its always seemed like a fun cast and movie series. I think I'll have to watch this one! Always down for miss China Anne, and having Rita and BRANDY to reprise Cinderella is pretty epic!

Brandy is everything in this addition to Descendants. Disney did such an awesome job in casting the OG's who look amazing.....Brandy #1 class act. My kids are like, "Mom why does it look like she did not age at all......she looks soooo beautiful."

This is still my favourite Cinderella. Takes me back to my childhood.
At first, I had my skepticisms about Cinderella in this movie. Namely, about what I perceived as “racial inconsistency” in the descendants franchise. And then I saw the trailer and I was blown away by how powerful she felt. And the movie isn’t even out yet! This woman was cast for a reason! I’m so excited now!

Personally speaking, I never saw the Cinderella movie that she was in and never grew up with her as Cinderella only the original animated version and in comparison to Wolverine who is returning this year who have a lot of foreign grew up with a lot more frequently and I’m a lot more excited to see this kind of not as interesting It’s only to the older people who grew up with her as Cinderella who are a lot of older women who use RUclips in their 30s
