    This is the real deal. Just passed my Sandan and studying Sensei Scott's teachings have been a huge part of my success. Superb karate instruction.

    GREAT sensei Scott Langley ... You can always learn a lot by his lessons and He real helps You to understand the meaning of traditional Karate techniques and forms ... I hope he will soon come to Italy again, I had the honor of following some of his lessons during some stages and I hope to repeat the experience again, as soon as possible !!!

    This is one of the best explanations of Nijushiho I have seen, relaxation in almost everything we do within karate is one of the biggest tips I could recommend to anyone. Thank you Scott Sensei for sharing this. 🙏🏻🙇🏼

    This looked like a Master Class for, let's be honest, a pretty decent karate group. But some lovely tips on adding flow to one's technique and getting away from a 'stiffness' that, for some strange reason, seems inherent within many Shotokan karate schools.
