We ask for a 35% deposit and require the client to enroll in autopay for the remaining balance. We give them an "Afterpay" style payment schedule. Deposit 35% > Midway Payment 33% > Final Payment 7 Days before the event 32%

We have a very clicky area in upstate NY, some leads will cost. I think $600 a years is not a lot if they are feeding you, I was paying this month in google ads. I also only service 25 mile radius so certain venues are worth the price for quick hitters.
