You're emails likely didn't get a response either because you A) Spammed or B) didn't include all info required to review your appeal. We ignore incomplete appeals.
@@Charmzy2.0 I got a response to my original appeal but it didn’t help my problem so I wrote another email explaining my problem and I have got no response.

This MAY be interpreted at hate (a very snowflake response, I’m just pointing out SOME possibilities.) Either way, I do think it’s B. I haven’t sent emails, but pretty sure only 2 isn’t considered spamming. -Note that I will check back on this and respond to reply’s. However it won’t be instant. I will do ban/timeout them if they lied. I just don't want underage people to be there in my server like u :D
I would ban them. For my discord server I don't make acceptations for the age rule, but sometimes other rules.

Do you have to ask when you are above 13+ years
If you're a minor, you should always be communicating the rules on online usage with your parents!
